I am visiting from Hawaii and I was feeling Japanese BBQ and saw Gyuzo has a high rating so I thought I would give it a try. Kim is the best server I have ever had at any restaurant establishment. She gave a thorough overview of the menu. I got the Infinite Treasure to drink as well as the Tiki Lucky Cat. I ended up getting the A5 Wagyu Striploin, Wagyu Teppan Rice, and 2 Uni Meets Wagyu. All the food and drinks I got were Kim's recommendations and I am glad I listened to her because everything was delicious. She cooked the wagyu to perfection and I loved the truffle salt. I will definitely come again and if you are ever visiting Gyuzo ask for Kim. Your experience will not disappoint.
