As a food delivery platform driver, I am filing a formal complaint due to the unacceptable treatment and serious operational deficiencies in your establishment.
Yesterday, I was assigned an order in which I had to wait 35 minutes, receiving hostile and inconsiderate treatment from your staff. When asking about the order status, I was treated with a bad attitude and dismissive gestures. To make matters worse, upon delivering the order, the customer informed me that their drink was missing.
As a delivery driver, my income depends on the number of deliveries I can make, not the time I wait. A 35-minute delay for a $5 payment represents a significant loss in my workday. I am a representative of the end customer and deserve respectful and professional treatment.
I request: 1. A review of the service protocol towards delivery drivers 2. Adjustment in preparation times to avoid excessive waiting 3. Greater attention to order verification for completeness 4. Presence of a supervisor who can address situations like this
I understand the food preparation process, but a wait time exceeding 10 minutes directly affects my ability to generate income. My time is my working capital.
I hope you will take corrective measures to improve this situation.

Got take away and while waiting, I noticed the staff seemed tired. They were running around like headless chickens trying to get everything completed.
After a pretty long wait, I finally got my order. Got home to munch and they got the sauces wrong which was disappointing.
The food was ok’ish which was also disappointing.

Simply poor service, they leave the counter abandoned, taking too long to deliver orders, and with the dashers they have no hospitality at all. They pretend they don't see us, a bunch of rude people, I don't recommend them to anyone because they are rubbish when it comes to customer service! Slow and unprofessional staff, they only know how to come and say it's not ready!!!!!

This is THE place to catch the game in Rockville. Great sports pub environment. They have so many different flavors of sauce it keeps wings from getting boring. Nice big fat wings perfectly cooked. And their ultimate nachos are so good. Good and service and nice waitresses. And they are aware of whats going on and dont bug you when a big play is about to go down.

When we entered nobody in front , said to sit alone, everything was dirty, the tables were filled with dirty plates, food on the floor, tables were not cleaned. When we asked for one to be cleaned, they said wait in a despotic manner and we waited 10 minutes, no one came and we left! Rockville Maryland

Tonight was my second and last time ordering from them via Uber Eats. The first time, my order was mysteriously canceled without explanation. This time, several items were missing: the sauces for the chicken, the dressing for the salad, the carrots, celery, and blue cheese, and my fountain drink. What I did get were four containers of ranch (which I do not care for and did not order) that went straight to the trash. So I was left with dry, sauceless wings, a bland salad, and nothing to wash it down with. Food delivery is too expensive for such carelessness.
