Walked it to pick up online order it took a moment as the teenagers/employees where having a good time giggling. Once got the food and got home the boneless wings were not fully cooked. I will never go to this establishment again. I used to be a go to spot not anymore. Managers need to manage or the teens you hire will just treat like a hangout which it is.

Do not do eat here, or order from here. They forget at least one item Everytime you order from here. The last time they forgot sauce for the wings, dressiyfor the salad dressing, dipping sauce for the fried pickles, and milk for my son's kids meal. This place should be shut down, dine in experience was horrible here also. Took 30 minutes to get drinks and another 30 until they got off there butts to take out order. Management and every employee here should be canned. Will need to write corporate to make any changes

Kweku took very good care of us at lunch. The food was hot and freshly prepared. The bird dawg menu description didn’t mention hot sauce but it was prepared with lots of it. Kweku noticed smoke coming out of my ears and served up some cold milk, which was so thoughtful and really helped. Hopefully he will be our server again in the future. The men’s room had no soap shortly after the restaurant opened for the day. The place was very cold so that we ate in our jackets. The music didn’t need to be so loud for weekday lunch when there were few customers. The many tv’s gave us lots to look at.

when you place the order online they tell you that your order will be ready in so long, you arrive ten minutes after the agreed time and they are still preparing it and they make you wait 30 more minutes for your order and not even with 40 extra minutes do they have your order ready, then it makes no sense to place your order online, to only go to pick up, if you have to wait the same time as if you placed the order right there at the restaurant!

My daughter and boyfriend had dinner here tonight. Shortly after they received their food their server informed them that they received 2 extra chicken tenders by mistake. They were asked to give the tenders back or they’d be charged for the extra 2. In shock, they gladly allowed him to take the tenders back. My concern is were those tenders that were already served to someone placed on someone else’s plate?? I feel like that is a major health concern and absolutely absurd that management would approve of such a thing. Their server Jose, mentioned that he was asked to remove the tenders by management. I’d love answers on how this is acceptable.

My biggest concern. The food was cold, and the nachos were poorly made. Well, I could barely see any real cheese. I asked for them to get remade. They came back filled with sour cream. I specifically asked for no sour cream. Now, the Buffalo wings were small, overcooked, and cold. My biggest problem was that the restaurant was pretty empty. There's absolutely no reason for any of this. We live in a highly competitive environment where consumers are well informed and expect high-quality meals. You can do way better than this!
