Cava Mezze Rockville

My wife and I split several small dishes including hummus, saganaki, cauliflower and Brussels sprouts. All were delicious. The drinks are good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and prompt. We highly recommend Cava!

Very good food! Restaurant is on the smaller side but well done and a pleasant dining experience.

Bartender was absolutely lovely. Food was delicious as usual. Great ambiance. Bar is cozy on a quiet evening. I recommended the sampler platter and the meatball sliders.

It's been a couple years since we've dined in at Cava Mezze (time flew on us, oops), so the menu had changed a little. Sadly the lollipop chicken is no longer on the menu and it had been our favorite dish, so that was disappointing. That being said everything we ordered was delicious: the hush puppies, saganaki, meatballs, chicken souvlaki, and street corn. We understood the dishes would come out as they were ready, but service otherwise was very, very slow. We had to ask multiple times to get a single refills of our drinks, and we could almost never find out waitress. We ended up asking 2 other people that saw us staring out into the restaurant clearly seeking help, that came over to offer us assistance instead. It's not a big place, and we were one of like 2, maybe 3 tables still eating at that point, so it was quiet and very weird to feel kind of abandoned like that? Over all it was still a very good meal, intimate setting, although they will seat larger groups too. The saganaki alone would keep us coming back, but we really do miss the special chicken drumsticks.

All the food was delicious & came out super quick! Drinks were good too. Our server Dylan was excellent and made our celebration extra special! We will definitely be back!

Amazing food and ambience. Tentative staff especially Noah! Love the food and the big food dish for 2 was amazing. Add the lamb chops for a special price! Crazy feta is always a must! The crazy feta made me do it ;)

The service was great , but sone of the dishes were not as good. For example, the chicken snitzel was not crispy and had an Italian red sauce and cheese. More of a watered down chicken parm. Also the watermelon salad was small and tastelessness. Disappointing overall.

Get the ginger beer, you will thank me later.

Love Cava Mezz. Great menu selection especially the vegetable sides. Love the scallops. Everything reasonably priced. Service great as well. We'll be back.

Came for brunch and it was such a pleasant experience. It wasn't super crowded. Service was top tier! The Brunch Mania menu $38/person is FIRE. The table comes with a free bowl of feta & herb hush puppies w/ a harissa butter spread that had justtt the right kick to it. You get to choose 1 plate from 3 different lists, and order your lower priced adult beverages. My go to was their mimosa...It was definitely more champagne than OJ 😁 25cents a glass!

1 word—BRANZINO!! You MUST GET IT! It’s made to order so it takes a while for it to be prepared but it is worth the wait.

Servers ignored us. Some food came extrnelet late by the time we were done eating. We wanted to cancel it but no server came by until the very end. Poor service.

Always a good experience at Cava! We had great food and service, as usual. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and both of us got complementary desserts. We will be back!

Great greek/Mediterranean spot in MoCo! Romantic vibes and fantastic food!
