Best asian dumplings around, fried or steamed. We are regulars here. Also the only place that does a crispy chili oil tofu that is absolutely delicious. Parking is very full on weekends but almost no wait time for seating and ordering.

I called China Bistro today to order a quick lunch. After 5 minutes of ordering, I realized I will not be able to pick up my order. So out of courtesy, I called China bistro back to let them know to cancel it and and the lady hung up on me. My other 2 times I had visited China bistro my order it was incorrect. So yeah, I wanted to give them another try because I like their food. And this is what happened to me!! Maybe because I am black, I got treated this way. I don't know, but they made me feel that way. I have other co-workers (not black) who orders from them frequently and they have never been treated in this manner I will never order from them again!

If you like dumplings then this place is a must try! The variety is incredible from classic pork and chive to more adventurous fillings like fish and cilantro (my favorite!). Each dumpling is perfectly steamed with a chewy wrapper that holds a burst of flavorful filling inside. The skin is just the right thickness, not too thick not too thin, and the fillings are juicy and flavorful without being too greasy. The dipping sauces are also the perfect accompaniment - I usually mix vinegar, soy sauce and add the chili oil (spicy so add cautiously!). The perfect spot for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner with friends. Honestly this is the kind of place you’ll crave long after you leave. I always have to come here when I’m in the area! Cannot recommend enough!!
