My company ordered as a group- went to pick up the order and not only were all all of the side orders were missing but the food was old and inedible!!! Guacamole brown, rice tasted old. I called to ask if we could have a refund on the items that were missed, spoke to Martin and was given the run around. I then asked for his supervisors contact info of which he was reluctant to give. I just ordered a Sofritas and half way eating it, found a big piece of chicken in it. Although the manager offered a new one, I couldn't eat it anymore.
