Exceptionally great customer service, Attentive workers that were very engaging And excited about the salads they make and serve. I have nothing but good things to say about this experience. The girl with the Big red glasses was especially great. I really wish I remembered her name. She had a really good presence about her. Absolutely recommend you visit.
A mice in someone’s food? What a lawsuit sick
I usually like Chopt. I went to a different location last night at Bethesda Row and had a bad experience. First off, I got the Kale Caesar and I asked the lady if she can do half croutons and half tortilla chips. She said she could not. I said ok, no problem. Then she throws all the ingredients in the bowl in one second and doesn’t chop it at all. I didn’t say anything because I thought maybe I missed her chopping it.
