what is going on here??? i ordered 6/27/26 carnival week and the cookies i received looked very sloppily put together and not on-brand like the crumbl I've known and expected. very disappointed.
Great customer service and delicious cookies! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the cookies were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. I will definitely come back to try more flavors. Highly recommend!
