Good pupusas you may have to wait a little if the place is crowded but is worth it. Try the carne asada if you felling like a good stake, it has a very good taste. Pescado frito is a must once in a while.
Doña Cecy’s Pupuseria in Rockville gives you the taste of El Salvador. You will not be disappointed! The pupusas are cooked to perfection! The staff was friendly and they were able to accommodate my party of 20. Must try the horchata, tamales, and pasteles!
Recently visited Doña Cecy’s Pupuseria, overall a great experience. The pupusas are fresh and give you the taste of El Salvador in the DMV. The horchata is authentic. You definitely want to try this place out!
