This location is so overpriced for the portions they give...youl pay almost 16 dollars for the smallest portion of rice.
I see why they are no longer as busy as before and it's definitely my last time spending any dime here

Very frustrating experience at Don Pollo. I waited about 40 minutes for two pieces of chicken, and during that time, multiple customers who came in after me were served first. When I asked about my order, the response I received was not helpful and came across as rude. This level of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be coming back.

Hello, I normally don’t do this but I feel like it was necessary this time around. I came to this location and we order half a chicken and the chicken was raw, I went up to the person in charge and approached her nicely and she smirked and laughed saying okay, proceeded to only change one piece even tho both piece were raw, I told her that is cross contamination that I needed a whole new half a chicken please on a new plate and she kept smirking then gave me a whole new half a chicken which was also raw. My wife is also nursing which wouldn’t be good for the baby. Also my wife wanted to use and change our babies diapers and toilets were disgusting.

The atmosphere is a gem in our city.
Sounds and smells of sizzling chickens as soon as you enter. Clean, large tables are readily available for self-seating. Soccer on tv, cold Chicha Morada and Inca Colas by the register.

Locals from all across Rockville know about Don Pollo. Whole chicken, 2 sides (get rice/beans and yucca), order extra platanos, and extra sauce.

I have never seen the chicken come out of the grill and when you ask for a chicken order straight from the grill no matter how long the wait, the server, totally unprofessional, refuses saying that all the chicken kept in the pantry was always fresh. It could be true, but unfortunately, on one occasion I noticed by its taste that it was not that fresh.

I love Dont Pollo but when is fresh.... I recommend people to double check in your order because they been giving people cold chicken like leftovers from the day before I just order half chicken and it was cold and hard to eat....

Used to order here all the time, ordered here from ubereats using a coupon and the whole chicken and 2 sides came with no sauces. This happened to me before at this location with ubereats and a coupon a year ago, I'm starting to think they don't like when you save so much money on an ubereats order. They give a whole chicken 2 sides and no sauces, yeah no mas don pollo.

Inside I think everything is fine, there are more problems outside, there are many crazy bowlers asking you for money and you have to be careful outside in the parking lots.
