I have come to this location a couple times now and the service in the morning is terrible. I usually come before 7 am . I tried to order a jamoca milkshake and the lady at the register looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about. Her response was "I don't know how to make milkshakes" (as she was laughing about it). I didn't think it was funny at all. This is not the first time someone there has told me they didn't know how to make a drink at this location. They need people that are more knowledgeable on how to make things in case customers ask for it. I have worked at baskin robbins at one point and I had to get trained on these things. I don't like giving out bad reviews but hopefully they can read this and get better training so they don't lose customers.

Hidden gem on the Pike. (I overlooked it for too long, at least). The Dunkin is also a Baskin Robbins. Looks like parking can be a little tight, but we had no trouble.

I ordered some hash brows and one of them was burnt. The ones that weren't burnt were good. I also went into the bathroom and the hand soap dispenser was broken, which was very upsetting.

I walked in the door processed to stand in what I thought was a line. Not ten seconds later a lady in the line in front of me said to the lady at the register" Is there a line?" To which she replied " I don't know." I walked out

The last 2 days that I have come here for coffee after lunch it's obvious that the coffee is old. Yesterday the coffee was luke warm as soon as I received it and today I could tell the coffee was old by taste, there was no sugar or caramel even though the receipt and label showed that's what I ordered. I ordered 6 munchkins yesterday and received 5. This is not the first time I've dealt with this at this Dunkin' Donuts location. I don't know what's going on with the staff. I've decided to go out of my way to another location so I don't waste my money.

This place is lack of costumer service the lady that is working this morning is very rude I told her I didn't want my hot chocolate too hot and her response was "I can't cool it down" I never been to a Dunking before and get an answer like this.She is so rude that she couldn't think that she can add milk to cool it down a little, I had to tell her, anyways it doesn't stop there the table was filty so my boyfriend took a napkin to clean it; but he needed to wet the napkin, so he asked if she could wet it please, so he can clean the table her response was you can go to the bathroom he got so mad and told her "that is your Job to keep the place clean which he is doing for her! it was not busy, all she was doing is standing there. I felt so bad because other costumers came in and she was so nice to them after this incident which made it look like she had something againts us. But well I will never come back to this Dunking ........

this morning we stopped to have a delicious coffee in Dunking Donuts, my girlfriend asked for a hot chocolate, she specified that she did not want it too hot, the answer she received was: "I can not cool it", the woman was so very rude, but we ignored her rudeness at first. So now We looked for a table and the surprise was that all the tables were dirty, with traces of stains of food and coffee. I took a napkin and asked the woman if she could please wet the napkin so I could clean the table, she sent me to the bathroom to wet the napkin.
Good coffee, nice sandwich selection, clean and fast service.

The Black female with no name tag was profoundly disrespect and rude. I went in expecting respect and dignity and received the opposite. They do not accept AARP ...do not support this business , the morning staff there are bias to 55 + group !
