Honna - thanks for the patience and good service! Appreciate the kindness. The lactose free milk is yummy. Oolong tea was delicious.
Great selection for teas (got the winter lemonade one).
The tea is good. The decor is good. My problems are:
1) when I went today, there was no soap left in the bathroom. When I told the staff member, he said there just wasn’t any more at all. Period. No more soap. Who is in charge of inventory? This is unhygienic. Do employees have a separate sink where they wash their hands after using the toilet? Is this not violating food safety regulations?
2) The bathroom itself is dirty. There is water spilled near the toilet, and...read full review
