About Pho 75

Pho 75 is a beloved Vietnamese restaurant that has been serving authentic and flavorful pho for decades. The staff, described as "lovely" and "great people," create a welcoming atmosphere. The pho broth, while not as aromatic as it once was, is still considered the "truest" and most authentic compared to other local options.

Customers can customize their bowls by adding extra fats and vinegared onions on the side. Though the prices are reasonable, with a small bowl costing around $12 and a large for $14, the quality of the food is not compromised. The restaurant is often bustling, with tables constantly filled, but the staff manages to serve the meals in a timely manner.

While the bathroom facilities may not be the focus, the overall experience at Pho 75 is praised by both longtime regulars and a Vietnamese friend who considers it the closest to the pho they had in Vietnam. Customers have described it as a "hidden gem" and the "best pho soup" they've had in the area.

I think there is new management here. Staff is new, menus are new, prices went up a bit, and some items have been removed from the menu.

Dining area is dirty with sauces and splatter marks on the walls. Bathrooms are definitely one to avoid.

Food is decent in the perspective that they don’t substitute MSG to drive flavor in their soup bases. Hope it stays this way.

New menus have removed tofu (it wasn’t great under the old management though) and...read full review
