27 Best Vietnamese Restaurants near Rockville

“I recently had the pleasure of discovering Hello Vietnam, a Vietnamese restaurant located in Rockville, MD, and it was love at first bite. I cannot sing enough praises about this hidden gem. The standout dish at Hello Vietnam is undoubtedly their "phở thố đá sườn bò". This is hands down one of the most special pho dishes I have ever had the pleasure of savoring. The beef ribs are cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The broth is rich and aromatic, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. It is a true symphony of flavors that is both comforting and oh-so-delicious. There are many other options that are as delicious such as “bánh cuốn”, “bánh đúc, “bún bò Huế”, etc. The best part? The prices at Hello Vietnam are incredibly affordable, making this culinary delight accessible to all. Beyond the exceptional food, the customer service at Hello Vietnam is truly top-notch. The staff members are attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They know exactly what is expected of them and go above and beyond to ensure that every diner has a memorable dining experience. Their warm and affectionate demeanor makes you feel right at home, adding an extra layer of charm to the overall dining experience. The location of Hello Vietnam is also quite convenient, making it easy to find and access. The restaurant itself is spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere in which to enjoy your meal. Whether you're looking for a quick lunch or planning a leisurely dinner with friends and family, Hello Vietnam has you covered. I have had the pleasure of dining at Hello Vietnam twice now, and I can confidently say that I will keep coming back whenever I am in town. The delicious and unique dishes, exceptional customer service, convenient location, and welcoming setting make this restaurant a true standout in the Rockville dining scene. Don't miss the opportunity to experience it for yourself – you will not be disappointed!“

“Best pho in town. And we've tried plenty of other ones over the years. It's so good, I feel like we go here every week. Ingredients are always fresh and the staff is always friendly. Price, portion, and quality are unmatched. Even when we lived in FL we made it a point to go here when we came up to visit. Also, the ones in FL don't compare. But now that we've moved back, it's our go to place.“

“great food and service, was awsome and very filling 😋“

“This place is the absolute BEST!!!“

“I LOVE this place! It surprised me to see the number of less-than-stellar reviews, as I’ve had nothing less than a great experience at Ba Le. I’m terribly picky so I can’t comment on the foods and drinks other people order, but I’d wholeheartedly recommend a #12 shrimp sandwich and a mango smoothie! The sandwich is DELICIOUS (I don’t even particularly like sandwiches) and the smoothie is refreshing and lightly sweet. The two people I’ve seen at the counter have been nothing less than helpful and kind, and it’s relaxing and quiet inside. Definitely go and give it a try!“

“The food here is outstanding! Hanne had just created a new fried banana dessert and invited us to be the first to try it—it was absolutely amazing. The prices are very reasonable, the service is warm and personal, and the quality of the food will definitely keep us coming back. I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed!“

“love it here! great asian options in a comfy location!“

“For over 25 years, Pho 75 has been our go-to spot for an incredible meal. The food is consistently fresh, healthy, and served ridiculously fast without ever sacrificing flavor. Their rich, aromatic broth and quality ingredients keep us coming back decade after decade. If you want authentic, top-tier pho with friendly, efficient service, Pho 75 never disappoints.“

“This place had a warm and welcoming environment and it made me feel comfortable . The food is amazing and the staffs are super nice, it is very good service! I recommend going here when you have the chance to because it’s an opportunity you can’t miss out on!“

“I'm so mad it took me so long to try this place. I live so close but I was in the area and tried Bang mi for lunch and it was so phenomenal. Will go back to try more items specially their pho. So happy to have such a tasty authentic Asian non food chain restaurant nearby.“

“This place is the absolute BEST!!!“

“10/10. Food is very delicious and authentic. Place is always packed and hidden gem near the dry cleaner place.“

“Exquisite cuisine complemented by a charming atmosphere! Their house-brewed Vietnamese coffee tastes and smells so good. The new soft-shell crab with tamarind sauce is so yummy and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for their delectable chimichurri steak. I will definitely come again to try out the banh mi and other lunch options as well as other authentic Vietnamese items. I love that with a menu brimming with authentic Vietnamese dishes, they also offer a tempting array of vegan and exotic options. It's a great addition to the modernized Takoma Park.“

“great spot for authentic Vietnamese food , I frequently come here for the quality & friendly experience. highly recommended 10/10“

“Good food and good atmosphere.“

“Very tasteful and fresh. I am surprised with how natural the broth tasted. Not like any other pho places around here. good for them. I will be coming back happily.“

“this restaurant serves the best pho in the area.“

“Pre-paying for food and tipping for food you didn't get yet is total BS!“

“Pho was good and had good quality meat in it. The older man was very caring and attentive along with the younger staff member. They were quick to take our order and food came out at an efficient pace. Very happy with the service and food. I would come again and recommend.“

“Really really good banh mi and pho!!! They make the best golden crepe (banh xeo). This is my favorite Vietnamese place in the DMV because they are fast and the food is very authentic and worth the price. I’ve been coming here for over a year and I always crave the food.“

“I had the soft noodles ocean treasures dish and it was delicious. Delightful combination of finely cut crunchy fresh vegetables mixed with thin soft noodles and mixed stir fried seafood flavored with a delicious seasoning that complimented without overpowering the food. The serving was plentiful and I even took leftovers home to enjoy later.“

“Amazing Pho I definitely will be back“

“We’ve ordered Pho & Grill several times and it’s always good. They also give you a good portion.“

“The Pho with Lemongrass broth is healing“

“I have been to all pho restaurants in a 5 miles radius. This one is hands down the best as I keep coming back after 3 years of exploring. When eating the beef special, I don’t even need to add any sauces or flavor. The bun bo hue is excellent too and I recommend to all who haven’t tried. Papaya salad is better than Thai places.“

“Recommend the roast pork fried rice and the eggplant dish! Just like home cooking but better. I don’t like eggplant in general but I love their eggplant! Always yummy, never greasy. My picky eater kids love Ming’s. Treat yourself! Even their Americanized Chinese food is good. I want to highlight the dumplings too, it’s doughy and like a Bao bun. Yum.“

“Great location with great food. large portions when you purchase bowls. Pho and egg rolls were good. I almost got lemongrass pork chop and rice. Maybe next time plenty of their ethnic desserts and drinks.“
