“This used to be my weekly Sunday pho spot back when I lived in MD. Even though I now live in DC, I still come back for their cold cut sandwiches and lemonade. The banh mi number 1 is delicious. Their pho and bo kho are also tasty. Service is always friendly and fast.“
“This place is delicious and has wonderful service. I got the oxtail pho and my daughter got the fried rice with a strawberry nutella crepe for dessert. The broth on my pho was some of the best ever. The basil and bean sprouts were some of the freshest I have seen at a pho spot. This place is wonderful - you can get great pho, crepes, and teas all in one spot. The staff were super friendly.“
“We come here once a week sometimes twice. Pho, spring rolls, com tam suong trung are our personal favorites. Very consistent in the portions and friendly environment. Everything is pretty simple and I often see people come here to eat alone (which says a lot about this place.) Truly a place for you to just enjoy a bowl of coziness without feeling weird. Parking is plentiful so no need to feel anxious as well! 5/5 stars!!!!“
“I love pike kitchen! The vegan bulgogi bibimbap is the best, I am excited to try the vegan dosirak next. They handled an issue with my uber eats order very professionally and kindly. The issue was on ubers end but uber refused to refund me (surprisingly) so Pike Kitchen made it right instead. I really appreciated their understanding of the situation. That level of customer service inspires me to order from them more often for sure. I hope they can expand their veggie options as they are so delicious, healthy and fresh.“
“Absolutely love this restaurant. My family has become a frequent customers. With that being said they know exactly what to bring. I recommend the P9 and P12. The food matches lots of dietary restrictions such as vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, etc. Not only is the food great at this restaurant so is the quality of the restaurant it’s clean and comfortable. Absolutely love this restaurant and recommend it.“
“This restaurant is well lit, clean, and has lots of seating. Employees are welcoming and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It's the perfect place to enjoy a quiet dinner. I had the special bun bo hue and the lime juice. The soup was very clean tasting and the meat was tender. Lime juice paired well with the soup. I will be back to try more items.“
“I moved here in 1987, and that is how long I have been going to this place.Staff: lovely staff. Almost the same people, they age as I age, but every time I come back to the area from deployments, they are here. Great people.Food: The quality of the broth hasn't changed much. However, the last few times I was here, it seems a little less flavorful. It's still good, but the aroma was missing.Atmosphere: tables are always filled. Good traffic. But no matter how crowded it gets, the food always comes out in a timely manner.“
“I love the food, tasted authentic. Place is clean, service is fast, owner is friendly. I wished the pho is served piping hot though. The presence of 2 robots added bonus point. At one time, 1 of them said that she can't be late for work, she could get fired, when the 2 robots were in a traffic jam near kitchen entrance. Their names are Rice and Noodle.“
“The venue offers an incredibly fair price for its stunning ambiance and outstanding food and service. The cuisine is both authentic and creatively enhanced, boasting a delightful balance of healthiness and flavor. The combination of ambient lighting and uplifting music creates a joyful atmosphere. Every dish has a vegan alternative, and remarkably, the taste remains uncompromised; I can scarcely discern the difference from non-vegan options.“
“Pho-nomenal service and flavors await you at this restaurant! The staff here is dedicated to ensuring that your dining experience is nothing short of exceptional. The pho served is a true culinary delight, with a delicate balance of spices and tender beef that will transport you to pho paradise. With such remarkable offerings, it's no surprise this place has earned its well-deserved 5-star rating!“
“The pho is tasty and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Unfortunately, I had takeout because I was in a rush, but I returned a week later and it was just as good in house as my take out experience. Great food, you just have to try it.“
“We ordered the beef meatball pho and pork chop with rice. Pho was not bad. It wasn't too strong on the msg but also wasn't too clear. Rice dish wasn't too salty and pretty balanced. Food quality was ok. Price was also ok for the portions that they gave us. Overall, not bad experience 4/5“
“Excellent and friendly customer service with delicous fresh pho. I stumbled upon this little place randomly as I like to explore little side streets. Their location is near the Wheaton Metro. A very cold day arrived and I didn't want to cook so enter Pho cravings. They did not disappoint and were extremely willing to accomodate me as I literally came in about 5 minutes before closing. Brought the pho home and it was delicious. I followed the recommendations of other reviews and ordered: Saigonese Golden Crepe - Banh Xeo Hue Spicy Lemon Grass Beef Soup - Bun Bo Hue Fried Imperial Rolls Pho Tái*, Gầu . slices of eye-of-round steak and fat brisket Everything was delicious (especially the crepe...though it is big). Will definitely be back to try the Bahn Mi and other non-Pho items.“
“Only 5 mins walk from our home but we always skipped this place because of the past reviews. Today we decided to give it a try and we all agreed the pho is better than at other pho places we normally go to. We’ll be coming here more often now.“
“Solid bowl of pho! Broth is tasty and the meat is very tender. Our food came out very quickly and we ate it just as fast! The coconut bubble tea smoothie was actually quite nice. The only downside is they do not have chili oil. You only get hoisin sauce and sriracha to sauce up the bowl.“
“We came here on a cold and rainy afternoon and as always loved the Pho! We ordered the #1 pho which has thin eye round steak and noodles. The meat was perfect and not fatty which is what I like. The broth on its own has great flavor and you have all the traditional sauces and things to add to make it your own. We also ordered their grilled pork roll which is very god and features a small crisp stick that has this great crunch with a rice wrapper and a piece of grilled pork. The service staff was very friendly and checked in on us from time to time. The interior was very clean and has plenty of seating. Definitely willl be coming again!“
“I was very intrigued by this place since they had both pho AND banh mi. I had both and I think they were fine, but probably below average compared to other places I've been to. For me, since I don't eat Vietnamese food that often, I find it much better to just stop by Eden center when in northern VA. There you can get the best pho, banh mi and whatever else you want in the same area.“
“You would surely miss this place if you weren't looking for a pho place or this place specifically; it's next to the big fire station and to the side of the gas station. No frills family-owned pho. They got a very basic menu but you'll find pho and some staple viet rice dishes. Add some beer and wine to your purchase, if you fancy. We ordered cha gio and two pho's (one for me and one for my kiddos). The pho broth came out piping hot (thank you) and the meats were tender; I wish they would've put more meat than what me and the kiddos got. Their pho is one-size only. Place was a bit dark but clean. The son was very friendly and saw that my kiddos had accidentally dropped their utensils and didn't get mad/annoyed, but rather smiled and quickly brought out another one.“
“The bad reviews really seem like fluke experiences people had. we've had 0 major issues. Just remember to wait to be seated. My small nitpicks are at the end. Solid 3.75 stars. Don't let the negative comments fool you, this place is nice. It's a good simple place for dinner. Service is prompt and attentive and the Pho an Bahn Mi are tasty as are the starters. We recommend the pork and Beef bahn mi and the Fish cake (which is kind of like a patty of sorts. It's hard to describe but tasty) and any seasonal roll. The meat on our bahn Mis on Friday was perfect, and I loved the slightly smoky flavor. The Winter Roll appetizer needed a little punch of something inside, but the sauces all helped (you get sriracha, a "seasoning sauce" that's basically soy sauce, and another at the table). It was still really nice. When we came a few months ago, we loved the Pho as well. My little nitpick across the two visits is that sometimes the service dips a smidge in promptness. It's still very attentive and kind, but keep that in mind. You'll still get whatever you need in sufficient time. It's just not the kind of bustling place where servers are constantly milling about.“
“Top notch Pho spot. Service is excellent, friendly always. No kidding always. The soup here is awesome and I’ve gotten Pho all over the world. Very surprised their prices are what they are would definitely spend more there. And it looks and feels clean all he time, check for yourself self.“
“Did take out, fast service and reasonable prices for the portions. Pho was absolutely delish and I usually don’t like spring rolls but these were A+Parking: There’s a lot right next to the building for the pho place, the bank, and Starbucks. About 16 spots.“
“Pho 81 is my go-to pho restaurant in Montgomery County MD and has been for years. I've tried a few others but they don't seem to compare! I'm a beef pho fan myself, and I typically go for a brisket pho with all the extra toppings. The broth is delicious, and the meat is always perfectly cooked. I've had the chicken pho a few times as well, and it's also very flavorful. The noodles are a great texture and the portions are huge for the price. I like to get crispy spring rolls as well. The outside is really crispy and flakey, and the inside has meat and a variety of veggies, not just cabbage. They're a great addition to a bowl of delicious pho. The restaurant is large and clean and you can always find a table. The staff are hardworking and kind, and typically the food comes out quickly. Take out is great here too, and I never have any issues with the order.“

“Food is always pretty good here! But the service is really disorganized and uneven. Very attentive at first then they disappear and you have to chase them down for the check, every time! But, the pho is very yummy. Pass on the baos (the bun is very hard and chewy) but the spring rolls are excellent.“
“Cute little spot with the most mesmerizing, addictive pho I have ever had. I’ve eaten a lot of it, too! Don’t play with the other places- come straight here. They know what they are doing. The vermicelli and summer rolls are super delicious as well. I eat the #3 once a week, and the other Pho spots don’t compare!Vegetarian options: There is a veggie option for the Pho!“
“This place was great. The service was good, the food came out fast and was really good. The only thing was that the noodles got soggy really fast. The banh mi was good. It was big and filled pretty well too. Overall a very good pho place and will probably come again sometime.“
