“I found this restaurant, just a couple of blocks from my hotel. It was absolutely packed during lunchtime. I ordered the Canh chua (Vietnamese, sweet and sour) soup with shrimp. It was amazing. It’s very hard to find this soup in Vietnamese restaurants so when I do, I always order it. I saw the other dishes coming out - pho and fresh spring rolls - and it all looked great. I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was fantastic. The servers were very busy, but also attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“

It’s correctly spelled phở and pronounced “fuh” in Vietnamese, not “foe” as many of us grew up saying. And since phở itself means noodle soup, there’s no need to add the word “soup” after it. I was surprised that the full name is actually Pho Deluxe Vietnamese Noodle & Grill, situated at 1577 Spring Hill Rd., Vienna, VA 22182. Meat portions are hearty, noodles tender, and while the broth leans lighter in depth, it is easily brightened with hoisin or chili. Spring rolls are tightly wrapped and fresh, served with a balanced peanut sauce, while the grilled pork chop and shrimp rice plate shines with smoky char and sweet-savory seasoning. Portions are ample, plating is straightforward, and freshness is consistent across dishes. Service is generally efficient and friendly, with food arriving promptly. “Little Saigon is a friendly and welcoming white-tablecloth restaurant offering an extensive Vietnamese menu of deliciously prepared and graciously served appetizers, entrees, and side dishes. On this, our first visit, we were seeking pho, and were amply rewarded with generous snd delicious servings of both a chicken pho and a beef pho, and our vegetarian Spring rolls were a great start. I usually prefer a more spaced out seating arrangement but that’s my own personal opinion and it isn’t even possible because the place is small. The banh xeo was super crispy and had lots of flavor BUT didn’t have nearly enough lettuce or topping to eat it. the pho (which was $18 btw) was good but nothing crazy. I like my pho spicy so not having any chili oil at the table made a big difference. The ladies serving the pho lack SO much customer service, very impolite & didn’t address us in any way. idk i felt like the service was slow getting the check especially since we were the only ones there. i personally wouldn’t go here again, its close by Eden center where they serve better pho & customer service.“

“I’m obsessed with Vietnamese coffee and Banh mi. This Vietnamese coffee was definitely hitting the spot for me. It had the flavors and taste that I love. The barista was so helpful when I asked him questions. I highly recommend this place 10/10. The only thing I would like for next time is less ice as the ice to drink ratio wasn’t what I wanted but the flavors made up for it. I just wanted more drink and less ice. The pork banh mi was 8/10. It tasted great I just thought the bread could be better. I got it with the side of spicy mayo and that was delicious as well. The size of the banh mi was perfect for the price you get a big size portion. It was cut in half as well which I love so I can take the other half home and eat it later. Both places are inside the same space. There is lots of outside parking. You order at the kiosk and pay there as well. There is one for each place.“

“The best banh mi sandwich you will find, the bread is baked fresh on premises. All the ingredients are fresh. This is only one of two Pho restaurants in the country that has pipping hot stone bowl, the other one is 3K miles away. Try the vegetable Pho, there is nothing like it anywhere, absolutely amazing, you need to request it. The chicken Pho is the best you will find. Everything on the menu is great. “My wife and I stopped by yesterday on our way home from Baltimore because we didn't want to eat there and found this place by chance on Google. We live near Dumfries and would gladly come back. We also met the owner. My wife had the soup with crab and chicken and I had a noodle dish with homemade peanut sauce and pork. We also ordered the spring rolls. Portion was huge for a good price. Good flavour everything, especially broth of Bún Mắm which is very hard to get a nice balance. We also had 33. BBH but forgot to take pic cause I was starving.
The only thing disturbing me is that the lady gave us some attitudes cause our group of four did takeaway afterwards but gave too little tip compared to another customer who was alone.
The services should really do better, cause this place is really cooking good dishes.“

“I got the Com Tam (which is broken rice with grilled pork, sunshine fried egg, shredded pork skin, and chả trứng) last Saturday (Aug 9,2025); the taste is like homemade food. This made me remember back when I ate Com tam in VietNam way back long time ago. I loved the grilled pork, which was tender and the chả trứng (VN steamed Egg meatloaf) is kind of cold, I knew that they had made before, it didn’t not have time to do everything in the morning. For me, it’s ok since the kitchen had to prepare for the food. Overall, I like this Com tam, with a Ok price , around $18 for a dish like this. And I’m happy with that. This brought back the time I was in secondary school and I always picked Cơm Tấm for almost every lunch while I had a break time in school. Thanks.“

“Forgot to take pictures before devouring the food. The banh mi thit nuong was delicious! Lots of meat and flavor. Bread was crispy and airy. The shredded daikon and carrot was a bit thick but it was delicious. We also got the BV4 Vietnamese coffee, tasted very authentic and got that strong kick to it. Bánh bèo is good. I’m used to Hue style which the rice batter is thinner but this is still good.“

“According to one of the staff, Pho Duong is family owned chain with different members of the family owning different stores. They have an extensive menu and the dish I tried was nicely seasoned and the ingredients appeared fresh. Service was quick and the waiter seemed very proud of the food he served. “Best Bun Bo Hue (translates to English as Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) in the DMV. This is a little hole in the wall restaurant located in Eden Center. We usually have the duck salad to start. In case you haven't had the opportunity, Bun Bo Hue broth tastes rich and deep, spicy, with a hint of sweet, citrusy lemongrass. Be sure to add the fresh herbs to your bowl, they really enhance the flavor of the soup. The sliced cabbage adds texture and crunch while the noodles are perfectly thick and chewy.
