The owner changed a couple of years ago, I believe, but the dishes still taste great. Their pho has a rich, flavorful broth that I really enjoy. I also tried most of their offerings, which I found satisfying. If you're looking for quick and tasty Vietnamese food, I truly recommend this place.“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! My family went to Viet Corner last week and we had such a great experience. We ordered three dishes to share: Cơm Tấm (Broken Rice), Bún Bò Huế (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup), and Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò (Vermicelli with Grilled Pork & Egg Rolls). Everything came out absolutely delicious and suited our family's taste perfectly!

“I found this restaurant, just a couple of blocks from my hotel. It was absolutely packed during lunchtime. I ordered the Canh chua (Vietnamese, sweet and sour) soup with shrimp. It was amazing. It’s very hard to find this soup in Vietnamese restaurants so when I do, I always order it. I saw the other dishes coming out - pho and fresh spring rolls - and it all looked great. I also had the Vietnamese iced coffee, which was fantastic. The servers were very busy, but also attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant!“

“We stayed in Virginia for 2 days, but this was the only restaurant we kept coming back for because their bun bo was delicious, and that comes from southern Californians who frequently have authentic, good bun bo. We tried many other items on the menu as well. All was great & so fresh! Our 2nd favorite was stir-fried baby clam with crispy rice paper.
Aside from delicious food, their service was absolute gold. Very friendly, welcoming staff. Beautiful decoration. They offered to take our photos with dedication, making sure we leave with beautiful photos. They also gave each of us a small, delicious dessert at the end of our meal.
