“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! I love the quality of their meat, the flavor of their broth, and the consistency of the meal each time I order. To be honest, the price had my expectations lowered a bit. I needn't worry. The beef pho met my main requirement which is lots of vegetables to dig into.

“Hidden in the university mall shopping center is this well decorated restaurant/cafe. The staff is so friendly and the service is so fast. We had the sea salt coffee which is delicious. You must also try any of their banh mi’s. They offer a meal deal as well. Incredibly affordable!“
