I was about to go into Five Guys for dinner when I saw a Latina lady who was wearing a navy shirt and black leggings. She was with 3 teenagers. She needed to wash her hands so instead of going to the bathroom like a normal person, she decided to go to the soda machine and wash her hands there. Absolutely disgusting and I won't be eating there. No one else should either.

We went inside and were the only customers and there were 3 workers on their phones. The girl at the register seemed almost annoyed (we went at 2pm) after we ordered we waited, got our food but no milkshake. So we waited but no one was making a milkshake. After some time, one of the workers went to the girl at the register and asked if there was something else they should be making and she replied (without looking up from her phone) that we had ordered a milkshake. The milkshake was more like just liquid milk very melted.
