Five Guys has by far one of the best burgers. The staff caters to your add ons, fixings are always available, self service drink offers a variety of options. I love waiting while eating those yummy peanuts. A good burger is hard to find, except at Five Guys make it your go to, IF you want a fabulous burger! We found HAIR in our food and when we tried to get a refund and order, the lady at the counter was so rude and had a lot of attitude towards both of my friends. One found hair in her burger and the other found it in her fries, they both paid 16 dollars to get bad service and hair in their food. DO NOT COME HERE!

Place was nearly empty when I arrived just past the lunch hour. I tried something new - the hot dog with bacon and cheese, a small order of fries and a water. SHOCK- IT COST ME JUST UNDER 20$.

I found toenails in my burger! Toe nails! And to top it off, it tasted like urine, and yes I know what that tastes like. Never come to this five guys, I would like a refund. 40$ for me and my brother to eat, yet the cashier was spitting in my face while talking while I was handing him the cash.
The staff is sometimes apathetic and doesn't pay attention to you. This order took 25 minutes to wait. Time must be respected, and for us who offer delivery service, time is crucial. While your employees have a fixed salary, delivery drivers only earn money per delivery. In other words, if you take too long, this driver doesn't earn money and the chain breaks.
