I love bubble tea, and this place is cozy, stylish, and has delicious teas — a great selection! I really like it!

I don’t mind their bubble tea flavors but there are much better tea spots around.
Gong Cha is always a solid choice. The drinks are consistently good, the tea tastes fresh, and the boba is chewy every time. I love how customizable everything is so you can get it exactly how you like.
The staff is friendly and quick, and the place is always clean. Whether I’m craving a classic milk tea or a fruity drink, Gong Cha never misses. Definitely one of my go-to boba spots. Highly recommend hot black milk tea with Oreos.

Whoever was making bubble tea tonight, go home. We got taro and winter melon bubble tea. Tasted nothing like it. Both drinks tasted like they were watered down instantly. Other bubble tea places def hit better. Also, paper straws suck. It's like tasting a toilet paper roll
You can't breathe inside the restaurant

Showed up at 11:05 AM to order, however both doors were locked but there was someone inside. Hours are clearly posted on the door. Friend and I took a walk to give the salesperson more time to get organized and the store open. Returned at 11:30 to doors still locked and lights off. Giant waste of time.

Super cute inside with both floor and table seating. I got my drink fairly quickly and it tasted great.

Don’t waste your money. The boba is horrible. I ordered the dirty brown sugar coffee milk tea, tasted like warm chocolate milk. The pearls they don’t soak in honey so they have no taste. $10 for something that tasted like a $2 Yoo-hoo!

I think bubble teas taste different depending on who makes them. The service is what makes this store great. We ordered two bubble teas and a waffle cone but then did not grab the waffle cone by accident and left the store. I went back to the store to see if we can get the waffle cone but they had already refunded what we didn’t pick up! I appreciated their honesty .

This is my new favorite shop!! I love their bobba. Personally, I'm addicted to the XL dirty brown sugar milk tea & peach lychee tea. I'm always doordashing the teas from this location, it is that good!!

It’s not bad. The service is fair ain’t that great. The gripe I have is the mochi donuts are not fresh and the seating area had at many times have fruit flies flew around my face and I don’t like that. Also the toppings aren’t as tasty as the ones in Taiwan. Believe me when I saw you ain’t had real boba until you go to the country that it originated from.

A friend got me taro milk and I was shocked at the bad quality of it. It was like liquid chalk. I've never had such a powdery milk drink from Gong Cha before and I pray this is a fluke.
