Food was good. Some things better than others but all decent. Key lime pie was excellent. Ribeye was fatty (not just marbled) for how they cooked it (quick sear on a thin cut so fat didn’t render and had to be cut off) but still enjoyable. Drinks were all good. For the price I would go back.
Now this may just be a skill issue on my part, but here is my experience. I visited for the very first time as a solo diner and was met with confusion from the start. The line twists and is crowded near the door, then once you order you are given a number and can sit down. However, and I had to ask, you need to stand and wait for your coffee order (if you ordered one) and bring it to your table. A great spot for a quick coffee or a relaxed brunch. The covered outdoor seating and cozy indoor space make it easy to enjoy conversation with friends, a partner, or family, and it’s also a comfortable place to get some light work done on a laptop. The cortado and latte are especially good. Parking is convenient, which is why we find ourselves coming back often.
