I went to Jinlan for dinner while in the area for an event and it was so good I went back the next day. The restaurant is just big enough to fit the several tables, which is always a sign of good food. First I tried the dumplings and scallion pancakes, which were both phenomenal. Next day I tried dry noodles with chicken and long pepper, which was excellently spicy. If you're in the area you should consider this place and keep the owner Happy Busy!

Jinlan Dumplings is a small, basic deco restaurant that serves down to earth food. The menu is simple but the dumpling is authentic and the scallion pancakes are phenomenal. Other dishes such as dry noodles with chicken and long pepper are excellently spicy, while pork and shrimp wonton noodle soup is excellent and crispy chicken ramen is enjoyed by many. The soup dumplings come with good sauce, and char shu bao has a really good filling. Garlic string beans are bright with crispy bits of garlic. The chicken basil potstickers are homemade and 10/10 worth. The beef pancake does not worth the money, and Jasmine tea is strong but expensive ($7.5
