The waffle cones are stale, the ice cream tastes like nothing, and the portions are huge. Go with a small…and a bowl. At least the price is reasonable.

Terrible customer service from the 3 girls working on 5/31/25 6:40pm. They were rude from start to finish. The presentation of the menu board needs to be fixed, it is a poor representation of the company and confusing to order from. Overall experience was poor and would not recommend to anyone.

The ice cream is really good and big. If your looking for a place to get ice cream in Rockville, I'd definitely recommend this, but the employees there can be pretty rude sometimes, hence the 4 stars.

The two emo girls that served me yesterday were pretty rude. I think they were trying to be cool or something don’t know. Ice cream was good as it usually is. Just an odd experience, the metal music and grumpy looking girls ruined the normal family fun experience.

My family and I went to get ice cream, but our experience was completely ruined by a staff member's terrible customer service and attitude problem. When we arrived, there was only one family ahead of us and the place was not busy. When my husband ordered his ice cream, he did not specify whether he wanted it in a cup or cone, and the staff did not ask either. They initially put his ice cream in a cup, but when he politely requested a waffle cone instead, the staff member aggressively slammed the cone into his hand and said, “Next time, say you want a waffle cone.” This behavior was completely unacceptable and not how customers should be treated. I informed the management, but based on other reviews, it seems that nothing has been done to address the issue.

The ice cream itself was not that great. The waffle cone was stale and disconcertingly soft, not crispy as one would hope. The portion sizes are unreal. Do not get anything larger than a "kid's" because the "small" will give you a stomach ache.
The bathroom was nasty, a broken urinal, and had no toilet paper.
Staff did not wear gloves while prepping the ice cream. They did not wash their hands before handing the money afterward. I do not recall seeing them wash their hands before making the ice cream (perhaps they quickly did and I missed it?). They were polite enough, though.

Ice cream coolers were broken. Servers had to get ice cream from the back. My husband ordered butter pecan and got vanilla. I ordered 2 scoops of ice cream and got what looked like only 1. When I questioned the server, I was told the other scoop was in the bottom of the cone! I’ve never heard of such a thing. We will never go back.
