Today I tried the Zereshk Polo at Moby Dick and it was an amazing experience More than just a meal it brought comfort tradition and genuine happiness with every bite I’ve tried many items across different Moby Dick locations and what stands out the most is the consistency the food is always fresh flavorful with and delicious every time

I've been ordering for decades from Moby Dick's since when I lived in the kentlands in the late 90s. Whether it's missing salad dressing, requested utensils, or my biggest pet peeve, missing requested sumac on the entered order.
I've mentioned these problems half a dozen times now. Train your employees to check orders on catering orders. We can't send employees back to pick stuff.

Latest catering pick up mistakenly replaced a hummus with a yogurt sauce, and was missing the salad dressing so our employees had to eat salad with no dressing. Our employee asked for sumac for our family platters and gyro sandwiches, and they were given three paltry packets. Other locations allow self serve on packets, like Bethesda or Potomac. This location sucks.

I love the kabobs, the rice is perfect and the portions are perfect. My go to for a delicious and easy meal. The people are super nice as well. A friend of mine brings these kabobs to poker night and it is a huge hit.

The food at Moby Dick Restaurant is absolutely fantastic! Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared.

Price to portion ratio is a bit ridiculous. This was 2 orders of fish and 2 orders of kookoo. Total was over $40. Banana for scale.

Ordered 2 kubideh and one Moby combo 2 with kubideh and chicken. Ordered it via Uber eats. I had requested 3 plates and 3 sets of forks and spoons. I didn't get any of the plates, forks and spoons.

For a restaurant charging 20$ for 2 skewers I don't think it's hard to add a plastic plate and some silverware to the bag.

Bigger issue though was the food. 3 of us had the beef kebab and all 3 of us had massive diarrhea within 10 minutes of eating the food.

This will be the last time I go to any of their locations.

Had a tasty gyro platter and tangerine cardamom drink. I really enjoyed the drink! A little hectic in there on a weekday at lunch. Plentiful parking but the lot is quite busy at the shopping center.

I give it a 3/5 because their bread is no longer made in-house and taste like it’s bought at the store and loaded with preservatives. I understand outsourcing the yogurt dip, green sauce, and salad dressing - but COME ON, the bread too? Please go back to making it in a Tanoor. Many, many, many, many, customers will agree with this review.
