Naz's Halal Food - Rockville

From placing order to pickup everthimv was fast and to the point. Food was great. I am loving the new platter container, very efficient.

This is my second time I had Naz Halal. The first time the food was decent. It tasted fresh and it had a decent sized portion for what you get. However the second time was disappointing. The customer service is great but the food was absolutely so bland. My bowl I ordered came with sauce shown in the photo on the app. They asked me if I wanted extra sauce and I said no. I arrived home and NO sauce was put on the bowl. It was dry and no seasoning. I’ll think again getting food here but there are other options I’ll consider before Naz now.

Update: The customer service is on point. The owner reached out and I found out that even though the picture shows the lamb with rice with sauce you actually have to request it. I will be more observant in the app in the future. They did provide a refund which I appreciate.

First time having Naz’s Halal Food and it was DELICIOUS!!! It was A LOT too; so much so that I couldn’t eat the entire thing in one sitting. It was really good!!

The food was far too salty and sour for us. I wasn’t aware that the sauces would be served on top of the rice rather than on the side. When I mentioned that the dish was too salty, there wasn’t an alternative offered until I specifically asked for another sauce to help balance the taste. I ended up not being able to finish the meal. Waste of money, time, and energy.

The cashier was very polite, well managed and friendly. I order the lamb and rice bowl. I never realized a small bowl packed with so much flavor. The lamb is nice and seasoned while the rice compliments it. Let's not forget the yogurt sauce. It was rich and tasty. It feels like a dance party in my mouth. Assalamualaikum and see you soon. Staff was very energy less I asked the code for the rest room I couldn’t get it and food was not that much hot as I was expecting I’m totally disappointed from this branch
