Called in because I messed up card info. The guy on phone couldn't understand me. Had to repeat myself many times. He put me down for delivery even though I wanted pickup. Was told 45 min took 15 by the time I got there it was at my house. Cheese slide off slices when I pulled them off pizza. No tip paid double price because he delivered.

Nobody helps me even when they saw me for 20 min on front. They were laughing and joking around. The most disgusting thing is the employee using the phone without glove and making the food with the hands without gloves and no washing hands.

I've been calling to order and the phone rings 5 time then they put me on hold wait 5 minutes and then the call hang up tried to contact them 6 times and couldn't order shit I wonder is the place is out of business?.

The pizza was made nice at the college park location but the Rockville Pike's location is more like a puppy's diarrhea poop. Maybe angry staff bent on destroying business via customer's dissatisfactions or poor management. Over-sauced, and you would end up scooping up the pizza with a spoon and knife. This is our second consecutive experience here, it's like they pour a gallon of sauce on the bread and the toppings wouldn't stay. Everything was floating like a puppy's diarrhea poop. Yes, this is the pizza in the picture. This is disgusting in look and I can't imagine feeding myself with this thing. I hate eating outside and it's just getting worse. Shame!!
Update!!!!! - Someone reached out from the business and offered us another pizza which was much better than what was sold to us at our 2 previous purchases. We appreciate it. Thank you!-

Somewhere just above fast food pizza but we'll below Italian restaurant pizza. Was a little annoyed our pizza came out well before our garlic knots which I had to ask the kids at the counter for several times. Knollts eventually came burnt. But the pizza itself was decent, would definitely try again as take out, but not the sit down option again at the small counter top and bar stools.

Location couldn’t find my order when I called which is fine it arrived right after the call. But both pizzas were barely warm. The margarita pizza that I love was so bad I couldn’t eat it and both under cooked. I absolutely love paisano margarita pizza but this is my first and last time using this location. Reston Va Paisanos is superior.
