This is genuinely the best spot for Pho in Rockville. The broth is very delicious and I like that all of their options cost the same, the only price difference is the size, but even then it’s like a dollar difference. It’s cash only though so be aware! Also their Thai tea was very good and not too sweet. Great spot just make sure to bring cash

Really bad service. I told them there was a hair in my pho. The server told me they could either remake it or give me a refund, and I chose a refund. However, when I went to the front to check out, the lady at the front desk refused to refund the dish with the hair in it. She said it was “normal and uncontrollable.” She was very rude and kept asking if I understood. When I said no, she called me “dumb” multiple times. Although she eventually processed the refund for that bowl of pho, she told me not to come back because I wasn’t welcome. I would not recommend this place.

I was excited to try this place after hearing great things. I didn’t realize it was cash only, and the ATM next door wasn’t working. When I returned to let staff know I couldn’t dine, I tried to explain the situation but was ignored due to a language barrier. (My personal opinion is that waitress in blue shirt knew exactly what I was saying). No one acknowledged or assisted me, which was embarrassing and disappointing. I won’t be returning. Visited Saturday around 4:45 PM.

I love eating lunch here right now and ever since a year ago, the staff are very nice and cool, some of them even know me which is cool. Best Pho I've ever had in my life. so worth it. I go with my mom every Saturday. Waiting time's good too. Yi.

The soup came out very fast I was impressed! It was very nice to eat especially because of the cold weather :)
Don’t go this place. They suck. The total is $26.5, what we heard was $36.5. We gave $20, $5 * 3 and $ 1 * 2, and they gave us $.5 change back and we tip another $6.5. But when we realized it’s wrong, we went back for it. They said it’s $20 and $5 * 1, and $1*5, and they didn’t allow us checking the camera. Just do your math well, they will take whatever you give more and not admit it. But you can’t give less. The screen says $26.5 but we are splitting up and she LITERALLY SAID “36.5”. If you got it wrong finally maybe battle for an hour it’ll because “oh sorry her English is not well she mixed up twenty and thirty……….”

This is our favorite PHO place. We've been their customers for over 10 years. Always receive great service and wonderful soup. My personal favorite is the seafood pho. Also in our group the #1 & #4 are the favorite of my wife and daughter.
