The pho soup was delicious as well as the spring roll and sandwiches. Clean and relaxing atmosphere. Can't wait to go back.

Never come to this restaurant to eat duck noodle, called Mi vit tiem : the soup was very salty and not hot so I had to pour the hot tea into the bowl but it still salty and the duck meat was not fresh and tasteless. Also the service was very bad because after I told the owner who did not even say sorry and seemed not care for customer's comment.

The Banh Mi is delicious. I'd give 5 stars for that. The best in Rockville in my opinion. The front staff person is just rude everytime I come.......not very welcoming.

The water they use in the soup is the cleanest water i have teased from any pho place , i use to eat at pho 75 everyday until i tried this place , the place across the street also will tell you they are using a veggie base for your soup but it will be a beef base you can taste the different also you can use your card at this place you can't use your card at pho 75 across the street it is set up like a cafetiere

No windows and the staff started me down as I ate. Not a very relaxing atmosphere... I got the vegetarian pho. It had a generous amount and good selection of veggies but the broth had no distinguishing flavor other than too much salt. I kept thinking of dirty dish water as I fished the vegetables out of it. I was very disappointed.

We've been to this new restaurant in Rockville a few times in the last month, and have been satisfied each time. Pho Saigon not only serves great Pho, but also a wide variety of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. There's plentiful parking, friendly and efficient servers, clean and pleasant dining room, very little wait time, great taste, and reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Best pho in the area! We tried 5 item on the menu that includes stir fried noodles, pho combo, spicy noodle, chicken rice and curry noodle. Everything was perfect!

Best Vietnamese food I've had in a long time. Ordered a bunch of dishes for my family and had surprisingly good responses from the picky eaters. Ordered a pork bun, two kinds of beef Pho, spring rolls, and the grilled pork banh mi - - all were excellent and a big hit with the 2-8 year old eaters (and parents). Added to our list of local takeout places.
