It happened to me twice. I came with my 4 year old we ordered noodles. They prioritized serving the the other bigger tables 1st. Even though we came here earlier. Does it really take much longer to cook the noodles than the phos. I tried to give my benefit of doubt. I have previously given this place a five star rating because of the good basil chicken. I asked the server to put it in a takeout box in the hope of speeding things up.

My wife and kids have dined in before, and they said the food was good, so I decided to order a takeout for myself to try. We ordered a takeout and it was the worst experience. The noodles were placed in two containers. They looked cut and short. There was no broth included separately, just a little bit in one of the containers, and it was pretty much absorbed by the noodles. Everyone knows that broth is always to be placed separately. It felt like someone just put scraps and leftovers into two containers. Come to think of it, perhaps someone did just that either by mistake or intentionally, I am not sure. There were no additional toppings included, such as bean sprouts, basil, hoisin sauce, etc. This is completely unacceptable considering how much everything costs these days. This place is my do-not-go-to list. Good luck getting new customers after that.

I went here just couple of days ago and I wasn’t impressed. I’ve been here before and thought the food was good when they were new. I ordered Thai Iced Tea, then when I received the drink, I took one or two sips and didn’t like it. It tasted watered down and honestly, I didn’t taste the “tea” in it. So I asked the server if he can just take it away and make sure to take it off the tab. He said they can’t do that since I already drank it. The Owner came over even came over to explain the process of making Thai Iced Tea, how it’s not instant and they make it with tea leaves. I found that hard to believe, since I tasted no “tea” in the Thai Iced Tea, I only tasted room temp water, whatever cream they used, and sugar! So the Owner was trying to justify the drink. I drink plenty of Thai Iced Tea and I know for sure this one was horrible. Why didn’t they offer me to get another drink to at least replace this one? I just gave up and stopped saying anything back. I wanted to just leave but I was with my family. Needless to say, that left a bad taste to me so I didn’t want to order anything else. The customer service was bad and I won’t be coming back. It’s too bad because I actually wanted to go to this restaurant.

I Love the taste but lately seemed like they're getting stingy with the ingredients. Half my bowl was sprouts with a small amount of meat and noodles.
great boba, but was insanely surprised by the mango lassi (it’s very very good).
Quick service and a clean restaurant, but the pho didn’t really hit the mark for me.
Food: got the veggie pho with tofu (beef broth) but unfortunately it didn’t really have much flavor to me. Maybe others will like the lighter flavor, but I prefer more aromatic broth.
Service: service was great and attentive. I took off a star due to the price. There was only one size option and it was still more pricey than a large at other pho places in Rockville. (+$15 after tax for veggie pho)
Atmosphere: restaurant was really clean and had a nice vibe.
Hainan chicken rice was delicious—the chicken was tender and juicy, and the rice was full of flavor. Each bite was even better with the chili and ginger sauces.
* The food is mid, tastes like the broth you'd get from a grocery store
* I said 4 summer rolls twice and the man repeated 4 back to me, but they still only gave 2, while all 3 wait staff were just standing there.
(Wasn't given a receipt but 2 pho, 2 summer rolls, 2 coconut juice was $45)

Always a fun time even at lunch time they are fast
They gave almost no meat, and a significant version of the meat was fat and cartilage. Really low quality. Most of what you’re buying is rice. I literally just spent $80-90 on rice. I could buy an huge bag of rice that would last for months for $10 at Costco. Total scam. Complete waste of money. Service was subpar. Only good thing was the spring rolls. Overall, you’d do better to avoid this place.
Wonderful!! This will be one of my new favorite places. The Pho is perfect. I had the spicy chicken pho with veggies.
Vegetarian options: There are plenty of options to choose from.

They gave me rwong order and the owner acting like its my fault.
Was starving and saw this place while grocering at Trader Joe. Regrets! Not authentic pho! Couldn’t even figure out if it was Northern or Southern style pho. Pass!
