The service at this restaurant is consistently deplorable. Every time I have visited this location, I have encountered the same two employees the manager and another employee with yellow and silver teeth especially . Even though other employees are not much better . Both have been rude, dismissive, and have provided an overall terrible guest experience

During my most recent visit, I requested that my food be made fresh and asked for additional sauces. The customer in front of me, who was not the same race as me, was given extra sauces without being charged. However, when I requested additional sauces, I was told I would have to pay for them. So instead of providing just another sauce I was refunded my order, which I’m fine with !!

Each time I visit this location, the staff members are rude, dismissive, make snide remarks, laugh among themselves, and seem unaware that other customers may understand Spanish. On several occasions, they have made inappropriate comments that contributed to an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.

I will not return to this location. Although it is the closest restaurant to me, I would rather drive to another location where I am treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this location has consistently failed to provide a positive experience.

It was almost closing time and the workers didn’t rush us out. They took their time and gave us hot fresh chicken w/ a good attitude! Usually close to closing time other food places will give you an attitude and give old food or rush you out. Very pleased w/ this location 🤗🤗

Absolutely terrible customer service. Denise, the manager, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I waited over 10 minutes for my Uber order while watching other customers get served. When I politely asked for her name so I could file a complaint online, her attitude became even worse. Instead of helping resolve the issue, she outright refused to handle my order.

A manager should know how to treat customers with respect, not retaliate when someone asks for accountability. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for customer service was shocking. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any business. If this is how management treats paying customers, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible customer service. One of the employees was extremely rude, loud, and disrespectful to customers for no reason. She was shouting across the store and speaking aggressively instead of helping people professionally. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming the entire time. Staff like this should not be dealing with customers. I will not be coming back.
