I eat here for lunch at least once a month and usually leave satisfied. The cheese burgers are a bit thicker than those at competitors, and the fixin's bar allows you to build up the sandwich as you want it. Hard to find a better roast beef sandwich at a fast food outlet. Fries are medium cut, no frills, but always good. I never had a problem with service.

The restaurant and the food is exceptionally clean, well prepared and the Manager(dont remem his name) is very professional and clearly knows how to amplify the ff dining experience! Briana and all the employees we have met there are very friendly and attentive to guests. They go out of their way to make dining in this 'fast food' restaurant mirror any chain restaurant on the Pike~ a good model. The cook, Scholastique, remembers what we order even down to minor details, eg: extra sauce etc and we've only eaten there maybe 4 times in 2025.

Went today. A huge thanks to the Plamondons for brining back the rare roast beef. Hoping it’s at all locations as I stopped ordering it a while ago. Pete’s smiling. Will be back much more. Great job.

My 12 year old son and I stopped in after baseball practice for a to go order. The place was empty except for a lady and child in a stroller. The manager was saying bye to them and was energetic and enthusiastic. We stepped up to the counter to order and he was monotone. 4 piece tender meal and Double R burger meal to go. We paid and went to fill our drinks. We went to the fixins bar and filled 6 condiment cups with various condiments for the burger, fries and tenders. When I finished an employee from behind the counter walked over and stood a few feet away. She muttered something which I ignored since she wasn't looking at me. She repeated and said "Only four." Me: "Excuse me?" Her: "Four piece tender, only four dip." Me: "Are you kidding me? We also got two large fries and a burger." Her: "Only four." Me: "Do you know how long I've been coming here? There is no sign about limits. Get out of here." She walked behind the counter. The manager saw and heard all this and ignored the situation. My son wanted pickles for his burger and there were none. I went to the counter and asked the manager if there were any pickles. He did not make eye contact and gave a small nod. He said to the same woman to get pickles. She ignored him and very slowly started packing our order. When almost done packing, she went to the tea stand and starting making more tea. She used her bare hands to handle the large tea bag - even rearranging it in the tea maker and giving it a couple pats for good measure. PSA: Do not drink ice tea from this Roy's. Our order was ready while she was working on tea. My son was fed up at this point and went to the manager at the counter and asked for pickles. He told the woman to get pickles. She continued with the tea for a few seconds and then went to get pickles. She got some out and my son filled a small condiment cup and snapped it closed. She was not happy and told him to wait. She went and got a large fixins cup and filled the entire thing with pickles and handed it to my son. This makes zero sense. It's shameful to treat people this way. It it wasn't for the fact that my wife and son love Roy's we would never go here based on the service. ZERO STARS.

This is not a favorite restaurant, as you can tell. I came here just to give it a try last year. The food was not very good, the service was basic at best (not particularly friendly, no eye contact, etc), and it was not a welcoming or comfortable atmosphere. Unless you like their food, probably best to avoid.

I just ordered a meal through grubhub, and it was one of the most disgusting sandwiches I ever had. First of all, this sound was supposed to come with cheese and bacon on it didn't have any cheese, no bacon and the meat. Was so tough that it was unedible ands, they also lather it in some kind of disgusting sauce that I hope from just eating a little bit does not make me get sick. Because it tastes really sour. They should do a much better job
