Sarah’s ice cream is a cut above. How they maintain such depth and consistency of flavor across so many varieties of ice cream is beyond me. A must-try.

I had the pink grapefruit sorbet and the rainbow sorbet, they were really good and the place is very nice.

I go to the Fallsgrove location. I keep giving them chances but each time I go there's another issue. Today, there were 3 clerks and each one seemed pretty miserable. Not even a hint of a smile. I asked about a flavor and they told me they didn't have it, so I picked something else and they gave me a scoop. Walked down the display 3 feet, and there was the flavor they said they didn't have. I also had another item in my order. No waffle cones...OK fine. Then I go to pay and the price was different than what was posted. I just paid and left. Unfortunately I was underwhelmed by my ice cream and the overall experience.

Just stopped in for a splurge and Since I’m lactose intolerant, I was happy to see they have a cow free chocolate vegan option. I seriously cannot tell there’s no dairy it tastes so good. The person who helped me out was very friendly.

Love, love, love this ice cream! I find myself having difficulty stopping at 3 flavors to take home.

Delicious! Best ice cream ever! We get it every time my daughter Sarah goes to the orthodontist and it makes it extra special because she is named Sarah and it's called Sarah's handmade ice cream and she really likes the samples because that helps us choose what flavor to get and it's just amazing definitely recommend five out of five stars

The ice cream cake we ordered was absolutely delicious — the flavors were amazing, and everyone really enjoyed it! I also knew the design would be simple, which was perfectly fine. However, the writing on the cake was disappointing and didn’t match what’s shown on the website. The piping looked very thin and uneven, and there was a lot of empty space left on the cake. It seemed like the person doing the lettering may not have much experience.

For the price ($72), I expected the presentation to feel a bit more polished — especially since the cake itself is the first impression. The flavor was outstanding, but I hope the shop can invest a little more care or training in cake lettering to better match the quality (and photos online) of their delicious cakes.
