This is a very small location, with seating alone the window and no drive through. But the service is excellent and the stuff is very friendly. I highly recommend for quick in and out trips.

The store is always clean and has such a friendly atmosphere. Seeing Kay always smiling as she tend to her duties and helping out customers whenever she can brings warmth to the place. Used to always come here but stopped for a little while, came back and there were a bunch of new workers I’d never seen before. New workers were kind of rude, scolded me because THEY messed up my order when I spoke clearly. Bring the old workers back, they were young and very nice.

I went to the Starbucks to get a coffee and went outside to drink it. I then needed to use restroom, was asked if I was a paying customer in order to use the restroom. Ok fine, then went in and there was no toilet paper. I exited to report this and again asked if I was a paying customer and manager told me I’d have to wait , then waited and the other barista told me he didn’t know where it was and said . Sorry about that and maybe I could go to another place down the way. Unexceptionable customer service! If you’re going to have a public restroom (for paying customers only). There should be someone checking on this periodically throughout the day! Wow

Right after I finished my lunch and shopping around this area, me and my friends went their for coffee. Its very nice place and perfect location, but they didn't have tables inside of store. The store is very small so I guess they couldn't put enough tables and chairs.

I came in today to get some hot tea been running errands so I needed to head to the rest room first. An employee a female brown skin curls in a ponytail was in the way. I said excuse me can I use the restroom. And she said no it’s only for paying customers. I’m a little irritated because I am a paying customer and former employee as well not this location so I know I can use the bathroom before placing my drink order. So I have to stand in line wait for another person to finish ordering I order my tea.. which is why I came here in the first place. Before I end my transaction a woman “white” comes walking in and heads straight to the bathroom… without incident ! She was in there for a minute. So I’m standing outside the bathroom frustrated and discriminated against by the only other brown person. How ironic. She comes out the back and tells me I can use the bathroom I told her someone was in there and they didn’t buy a drink. She smile and say sorry , but that’s discrimination !! Enforce the same rules to all customers !! Anywho she blew up the bathroom btw. I had to wait for a man to finish ordering I then had to order and pay then I had to wait for her to use the restroom. Smh I get my drink I’m frustrated, why did the employee do that to me ? She stopped me from using the restroom.. like really … Hopefully it happens to her as well so she can know exactly how it feels! The bathroom wasn’t even clean, so I don’t know what all that was even about. Starbucks trips typically make me very happy but not this time. 🙃🥲
Shoutout to the awesome Starbucks employees Sol & Kay who helped me figure out the menu! I was feeling overwhelmed with all the choices, but they were super patient and friendly, walking me through the options and helping me pick something I’d really enjoy. I got a Lavender Chai

This is a new low for Starbucks. Employees turn away kids who want a cold water on a hot day because of new management or rules. I am not going to this location again after they turned my child away! I will definitely share with friends and Starbucks brand.

Very bad experience with the Starbucks here recently, the shift manager (don’t know her name) has been very aggressive towards me whenever I come pickup my order. This morning (4/12/25) I was on a phone call and she kept yelling at me “SIR YOUR ORDER IS READY!” while I was on the phone. Then she stared at me until I grabbed my order and left. I also tried to tell her the water fountain was overflowing in her bathroom and she gave me the crazy eyes and then yelled at me “it shuts off on its own thanks” and then stared at me in a threatening way as I walked out. I feel very uncomfortable and unsafe now going to this location, I hope Starbucks fires her. This is no way to treat a customer.
