This place has a terrible customer service. Baristas don't pay attention to your drinks, I encountered an issue with the Barista, she didn't know what she was doing and gave me an attitude. Coffee tasted like it was old.

Great staff, excellent customer service. However the last few months service has been going down. A lot of mess ups, cold brew tastes watered down, etc. great location just needs to work on some things! For some reason when the older gentleman is not there (he’s been there a long time and has a great attitude) , it seems they’re trying to keep from catching on fire. A store should not be so reliant on one man! Love yall tho

Placed a mobile order and while it was ready when I arrived I needed a stir stick and there were none by the napkins. I politely asked the barista behind the counter for one; he grunted and looked confused so I repeated the question to which he nodded at a small collection of stir sticks behind the counter out of view from where I was standing. He gave a look of annoyance at my question, rolled his eyes and went back to making his drink. It’s small things like this that prove that good customer service is truly hard to find.
