This is the dirtiest frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. It smelled so weird, like restroom. So disgusting… don’t go….

This was my first time here with my daughter for her 19th birthday. My sister, other two daughters, and my two nieces accompanied us. As soon as we walked in, it smelled horrible. It smelled like sitting toilet water. It also wasn't very clean at all. Then when we asked for a sample they said they don't give out samples even though it was our first time. So we decided to go from Rockville to Germantown. What a difference! As soon as we entered we were given a warm welcome by Adid. His store was clean and he was very informative and gave us cups for sample. I would go out of my way to go to the Germantown location.

What a terrible establishment. There were unsanitary conditions, and most toppings were stale. Almost all the frozen yogurt machines were out of order. There was an odd smell that was disgusting. The worst part was the customer service. The cashier was rude and was not attending to the customers. I do not recommend.
$28 for 2 small cups of ice cream from a machine?

How is this even possible. My daughter found a led pencil stick in her ice cream. How is that even possible? When I called the store to notify them it goes straight to voice-mail. We don't even have less pencils so I know 100% it didn't come from us.

This is place is nasty and disgusting. I ordered online and it was disgusting what i received. 1. Gave me the wrong flavor or frozen yogurt. 2nd it was all melted and nasty when I revived it. 3.It wasn’t even edible to eat. Do not order anything from here it is a waste of money. This place needs to be shut down.

Really good frozen yogurt. Unlike nearly every other fro-yo place I've been lately, they actually had all the machines working with a bunch of different flavors.Minus 2 stars because the checkout process asks you to give a tip when you literally have to get your own food and serve yourself.And like all these types of places, they need to get a scale so that you can price out your cup while you're making it and before you go to checkout.The cashier wasn't actively unfriendly, but was very disengaged/aloof.

The place smells terrible like a toilet. They did not have spoons nor offered Apple Pay. Many of the nozzles were out of service and it felt unclean. Will not be returning.

AVOID MindBlowing- i came in here with a gift card and the only person working couldn’t figure out how to make it work. they made me wait for 15 minutes as they kept trying- even after i offered to leave the card with them (and lose balance). i even went to their own website to show them the balance of the card. 2 “managers” were called while i waited… what a joke!! inexcusable. 0/10. i left with nothing. this place owes me $15.
