This place is incredible. I am not aware of any other luosifen noodle house in the area. If you, like me, are a newcomer to this style of noodle soup, you are going to be extremely impressed. The bone broth is bracing, complex, and flavorful, far richer and deeper than pho or tonkotsu. Recommend getting it spicy: it brings all the flavors together without being overwhelming.
Additionally, the Sichuan menu is one of the best in the area, second only to Mama Chang's and Hong...

This noodle shop is a hidden gem! The broth is rich, flavorful, and has just the right amount of spice with that distinctive sour bamboo shoot and savory snail flavor. The toppings are abundant and fresh, with crunchy peanuts, crispy tofu skin, and tender wood ear mushrooms, adding layers of texture to every bite.
The shop is clean and welcoming, and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The owner is especially warm and makes sure every guest has what they need....
