“Our food was incredibly good and served very quickly. The prices are perfectly reasonable. You’d pay more for less at McDonalds. Our chicken was tender and moist, seasoned well and falling off the bone. The sides were great, and they let you have as much sauce as you want, which is a nice change from other similar places.“

“My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“There is no in-store dining. This is strictly for carry out food. The fried chicken is exceptional. And the price is also very reasonable. 25 pieces cost me around $35. Do not let the location (it is in a less than desirable part of town) bother you! Calling ahead for larger orders is a must, as they have a large number of walk-in customers.

Parking: You will have to park on the street. Pataspco is very busy so park on 6th.“

“This was my first time trying krispy krunchy chicken. Wasn't disappointed. Love popeyes & royal farms with church's rounding out my top 3. Krispy has now entered this stratosphere in my opinion. The only chicken crunchier would be Kfc extra crispy that's extremely hard to find. Would love to see more Krispy Krunchy Chicken stand alone. Keep up the great job!“

“My friend from Hopkins spent the summer in Baltimore and, when asked about city classics, pointed to the chicken box. So you know we had to check it out!! The tender box was super heavy, and they really stuff it with chicken and fries. Nothing to say here besides chicken that scratches the fried-food itch. Make sure to ask for extra crack ;)“

“I ordered a Uber eats. What I didn't like is the packaging was thrown in and messy. That was sauce on the side of the wrappings. They need to do a better way of packing to go orders like in a box instead of wrappers. It was a turn off like Taco Bell or Checkers packing. “Great Baltimore resource.

The chicken from this local chain is really good, and so are the biscuits and beans and rice. The coleslaw they serve isn't very good though; and I can't speak about the quality of their mac and cheese, which is a very big deal here in Baltimore.

The stores are all run as convenience stores (bodegas) that have fried chicken available, so don't expect fast-food joint service or amenities here. The good news is that you can get stuff here that you can't get at a fast-food chicken restaurant.

To sum up: Eat the chicken at Krispy Krunchy. It's good. Try the sides available, and figure out which ones you like. And don't expect more from the place than a place like this can offer. You do those things, and I predict you will be happy you stopped at Krispy Krunchy Chicken.“

“The best! The Mamacita's in the back cook the best food. Everytime I'm in the store, it's always so clean! Plus they don't allow people to just hang out in the store. Plus I never have to wait long for my food and the portions are great. My go to stop when I want good food but don't want to spend a lot.
