“This is one of the cleanest Popeyes in the Baltimore area I’ve been in. I waited over 30 minutes for my food which was ok(if I were in a rush, this rating would be totally different) I just got off work and wanted to bring dinner home and they gave me a few extra chicken to make up for the time. I am choosing not to give them 1 star because they had 1 cook and was very apologetic about the delay. But nevertheless, they did take a very long time leading to 4/5 review.“

“Arroz Chaufa bowl with chicken was fine a bit on the bland side perhaps but the mild garlic sauce makes it very very good and enough food for 3 meals so definitely got my moneys worth got 3 little containers of sauce to take with me along with my leftovers would definitely come back again“

“Probably the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted. The buffalo fried chicken sandwich is what I ordered and it is hands down the best spicy chicken sandwich I ever tasted. “When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. My son got one milkshake with an entire bottle of cherries on top and an entire bottle of cherries on the side. It made it what was a bad day, a very memorable and happy day for my 4-year old son! “My bf and I have been wanting to try this place for a while and finally stopped by a few nights ago. We weren’t even sure it was open because it was so empty.

We walked in and were greeted by the friendliest guy at the register. The place was spotless with the neatest ambiance/ decor.

We both got the meal with the slider and chicken tender. Those chicken tenders were GIGANTIC. I ended up eating the slider, which was the size of a full size sandwich and fries and took the tender (on toast) home for later. The fries were so crunchy and the chicken had great flavor. I got the extra hot which wasn’t too spicy. My bf got regular hot. We both enjoyed it and will be back. They also gave lots of pickes and Dave’s sauce which was also super yummy. 😋“

“It is my favorite place, except in some Chick-fil-A's in the area. I have to come home and fill the salad plate with my own to have a complete salad or else not enough. You only get 3/4 of a salad. Salads are to wet, sometimes not so fresh. But enough to decrease my trips to this fast food restaurant. My disappointment is just the with the salads because that is the only thing I buy and the kids meal for my daughter. The employees and the service is excellent.“

“They have some of the best fried chicken in Bmore! There’s not much of an atmosphere cause it’s pick up only. But lemme tell you! If they stayed open longer and had a sit down area it would be a whole problem in a good way! “I ordered via delivery the $12 Meal Box, but the chicken wasn’t ready. Ms. Sunshine called, explained the delay, and still honored the special even though it was past the time window. She let me switch to the grilled Swai, and it was fantastic—hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The Swai, green beans, collards, yams, and mac & cheese were all delicious. “I recently had the opportunity to visit the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts on the overall experience. While the restaurant's updated appearance was impressive, I couldn't help but notice some areas where the customer service could have been improved.

Firstly, I must commend Chick-fil-A for the beautifully remodeled restaurant. The new design is modern, inviting, and creates a pleasant dining atmosphere. Additionally, the cleanliness of the establishment was remarkable, with well-maintained dining areas and sparkling restrooms.

However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

“They have this deal at the moment for two 8 inch cheese steak subs for 13.50, which is really like 14 dollars after tax, so it ends up being 7 dollars per 8 inch sub. Might be too much for one person, but if you're two people, then it's a pretty cheap way to share a meal together. Relatively speaking at least. I do think the quality of the subs is a bit better at Spartan's Pizza down the street, but like I said, the price of this particular type of sub is significantly cheaper at the moment. If they change the prices later, then Idk.

Anyway, aside from that, their milk is pretty good. The price of a half-gallon is about 2.11 after tax, which is actually cheaper than the grocery store. Much cheaper than the 3.50 that they're charging at some other nearby convenience stores. Their gallon milk is about 3 something lately which is really cheap, relatively speaking 🤔.

Overall, it's a nice place and people seem to really like their chicken. I still haven't tried it yet because I just generally don't care about chicken that much. But they do have a lot of other things except cheese steak subs lol. It's just that I've only ever eaten that thus far. The people that work there are nice, honestly even the people that go there seem to be pretty nice. So I'd definitely recommend checking them out sometime if you're in the area.

“I absolutely love C.R. the half chicken with string beans with mashed potatoes and gravy are my go to but I love the ribs as well. An order is enough for both my wife and me with leftovers for lunch the next day. A real bargain. I recommend highly!“

“There is no in-store dining. This is strictly for carry out food. The fried chicken is exceptional. And the price is also very reasonable. 25 pieces cost me around $35. Do not let the location (it is in a less than desirable part of town) bother you! Calling ahead for larger orders is a must, as they have a large number of walk-in customers.

Parking: You will have to park on the street. Pataspco is very busy so park on 6th.“

“The past few times I have ordered a sandwich, my top bun was smashed flat, like whoever put the top bun on smashed it down with their hand. Please stop. Just lay the bun on top. No need to flatten it.

“Fast food is not what it used to be( Little Tavern from years ago come to mind). Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. “We usually get the 2 can dine for $10.99. Hubby gets the breast and leg mild, and I get the thighs and wings spicy. This is why we got married! Seriously, no! But it was fun to joke about it. He gets the 2 sides and biscuits. It just works.
