Unfortunately, now that I don't work anymore, I don't have one in MY tow, so it's ten miles to the closest one and I rarely get down that way, but if I do, I ALWAYS stop. BEST chicken, red beans and rice, and mashed potatoes. PUT ONE IN ELDERSBURG!“

“Boyfriend and I went on August 30 and there was 1 car at the drive thru ordering. Boyfriend ordered a spicy sandwich meal with large fries and a large drink. I got a spicy sandwich meal medium with diet Pepsi. We got told to pull into the first space cause the cashier, shift supervisor had to go help someone in the back after paying. He told us that the diet bump on the diet Pepsi was pushed down. We thanked him cause places normally don't care to actually push it down. A car was in front of us waiting for their food to be delivered to them. We waited around 10mins for our food to be delivered to the car. We checked the bag and we had 2 medium fries.
So boyfriend went back inside to ask for his large fry and he got to keep the 2 medium fries. The shift supervisor gave him fresh fries for his large. Boyfriend did have to wait maybe 5mins to get his fries. The sandwiches had a bunch of mayo and spicy sauce. But it was easy to get off with a napkin and some patience. The sandwiches were hot but tasty and the sandwich buns were fluffy yet soft. The shift supervisor deserves a recognition cause he was doing a great job when his other employees were having set backs with the orders.“

The food is always delicious, and although I haven’t had the chance to dine in yet, the customer service has been outstanding every visit. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and provides excellent service, making each experience enjoyable.“

“Visiting from San Diego and wanted to try kosher food options in Baltimore. Everyone we talked to praised this place, we decided to check it out.
Ordering is done on iPads. Finished the order.
Let me explain: this place is nonstop completely packed. You can barely walk because of the sheer number of people coming in to pick up food, order & eat. We miraculously found a table and sat for maybe 4 minutes, when we were notified our order was ready.
When we tried the food, I could not comprehend how such good, high quality food had been prepared so fast.
Ordered the chicken and waffles and it was as good as my homemade waffles made with buttermilk, but somehow pareve. Chicken was insane. The dips are all homemade and insane. Everything we ordered was unbelievably good.
We decided we need to go back again before we leave.

“Stopped by Spicy Chicken & Fish for the first time and had a great experience. I originally ordered the 2 piece chicken meal with fries and a drink for only $6, which was already an amazing deal. While ordering, I noticed a poster advertising 5 pieces of chicken for $5.99. I pointed it out to the cashier, Rafi, and without any hesitation he switched my order over for me.

When I got my food, I was surprised to see they gave me 6 pieces of chicken instead of 5. One of the pieces did have a small raw spot with some blood, so I brought it back to Rafi. He apologized right away, replaced it without any hassle, and even gave me 2 extra pieces of chicken for the inconvenience.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. Rafi provided excellent customer service from start to finish, was respectful, and made sure I left happy. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and cooked to order. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Rafi!“

“It's good and cheap and comes in tidy little packaging. I got the fish patty sub and some potato wedges with some vegetable sides. The food is neat homestyle food and nice and balanced. The price is right. You can get a pretty decent meal for about $15.00.“

“I love Popeyes, and this location keeps up my expectations for great chicken. I just moved here from Utah, so this was my first time being in a Popeyes older than just a few years. It was nice to feel like I was in an established spot for locals instead of the usual carbon copy versions I've been to in the West. I docked one star in the atmosphere category only because it seems the place could use a little paint or something to freshen it up a little; a remodel would be a mistake though.“

Granted I don't usually go inside any of the others but I've been inside this one on several occasions and have always been impressed with the level of customer service I've received. It is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. AND...the food is fresh and good and FRESH! I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff check in on you to see how you're doing and take additional orders if you want them while you are still seated. There is one lady in particular (I don't know her name but will find out on my next visit and add it later) who is exceptionally nice and friendly, but every staff member I've come in contact with is great! “Finally I have received the proper sized thighs! This is good news. For years it was tiny. That isn't an exaggeration. But not as of yesterday's meal it was the size in accustomed to from Popeyes.
