Chick-fil-A is great. However, I never understand why when you do an online order and you go to pick it up and it’s not ready the people don’t call the order out and say that it’s ready you have to keep asking them for it over and over again that just doesn’t make sense to me.
Chick gil a has undeniably the best chicken but the customer service here was not good at all. The wait was supper long and after spending 50 bucks on fast food you would think the fries would be hot and I'd get straws for drinks Malika ketchup but yeah nothing like that happened. I didn't even go back. The fries were so old and cold I was so annoyed but the chicken was good ???♀️? hopefully they do better. Second crazy experience here.
