“Stopped by Spicy Chicken & Fish for the first time and had a great experience. I originally ordered the 2 piece chicken meal with fries and a drink for only $6, which was already an amazing deal. While ordering, I noticed a poster advertising 5 pieces of chicken for $5.99. I pointed it out to the cashier, Rafi, and without any hesitation he switched my order over for me.

When I got my food, I was surprised to see they gave me 6 pieces of chicken instead of 5. One of the pieces did have a small raw spot with some blood, so I brought it back to Rafi. He apologized right away, replaced it without any hassle, and even gave me 2 extra pieces of chicken for the inconvenience.

Mistakes happen, but what matters is how they’re handled. Rafi provided excellent customer service from start to finish, was respectful, and made sure I left happy. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and cooked to order. I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Rafi!“

“Visiting from San Diego and wanted to try kosher food options in Baltimore. Everyone we talked to praised this place, we decided to check it out.
Ordering is done on iPads. Finished the order.
Let me explain: this place is nonstop completely packed. You can barely walk because of the sheer number of people coming in to pick up food, order & eat. We miraculously found a table and sat for maybe 4 minutes, when we were notified our order was ready.
When we tried the food, I could not comprehend how such good, high quality food had been prepared so fast.
Ordered the chicken and waffles and it was as good as my homemade waffles made with buttermilk, but somehow pareve. Chicken was insane. The dips are all homemade and insane. Everything we ordered was unbelievably good.
We decided we need to go back again before we leave.

They make the best half & half out of anywhere I have been in Baltimore. And I love the owners. They are so friendly. She knows what I want before I even speak. She always double checks to be certain every once in awhile I add something. Get fast friendly service. Right on my way and get my breakfast and my drink for about $5 cannot beat thatFeatures: Masks are required to enter this establishment. There is also a barrier between you and the employees. I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff check in on you to see how you're doing and take additional orders if you want them while you are still seated. “I love Popeyes, and this location keeps up my expectations for great chicken. I just moved here from Utah, so this was my first time being in a Popeyes older than just a few years. It was nice to feel like I was in an established spot for locals instead of the usual carbon copy versions I've been to in the West. I docked one star in the atmosphere category only because it seems the place could use a little paint or something to freshen it up a little; a remodel would be a mistake though.“
