The Chef/Owner Nutz (nootz) is totally down to earth and warm…and the food…phew! A burp (or a few haha) can mean a thousand words! On a night like this…cold, rainy and dreary the “Beef Supreme - The Works” pho with ox tail was the perfect answer! We also ordered the pork “Shumai Love” for the Twins and as we turned our backs it was devoured in seconds! The beef noodle soup and the herbed noodle soup are both superb! That is also the cleanest food truck I've ever seen (inside and outside). Highly recommended!👍👍👍👍👍
