Lyon Rum offers a wide selection of rums that are smooth and delicious simply served over the rocks. Their pineapple rum has a light fruity pineapple essence in an easy drinking rum. Since they have a limited production of the pineapple rum we bought two! It will make a great gift for anyone that like rum over the rocks or in a mixed drink.
Stopped here for a tasting with my best friend while visiting this quaint town. The staff was super friendly and the rum was so delicious, we'll be back to purchase more again!
We cannot say enough about this place.
Willoughby was fantastic! She walked us through each of the rums and their unique attributes during the tasting. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the distillation process and offered some truly great advice along the way. We ended up leaving with a few bottles and were so glad we stopped in. Highly recommended!
