My husband and I come every year for our anniversary, and it somehow gets better each time. We always sit at the chef’s table, and it honestly feels like home. Willoughby was fantastic! She walked us through each of the rums and their unique attributes during the tasting. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the distillation process and offered some truly great advice along the way. We ended up leaving with a few bottles and were so glad we stopped in. Highly recommended!
