“We were a party of 19 people coming in after kayaking. They gave us the large backroom which was perfect. The drinks were out immediately. They handled the separate checks situation well. Good was excellent. Great variety and excellent quality. I don't think anything was out of a can or vendor. They pride themselves on local meats and produce and it showed. I had the Normandy which was grilled roast beef, onions, mushrooms on baguette. The side of coleslaw got missed but was quickly corrected. Glad since it was fantastic. I even bought a half pound to take home to family. Great place Great value. Would definitely go again and wife now interested in going.“

“Great experience last night stopping in after the Calvert Fair opening night. We arrived about 8:15 (closing time 9pm) with our two young kids. We could tell half the restaurant was cleaned (as they prepped for closing), but everyone was super welcoming, and no one made us feel uncomfortable for coming in the last 45min of open hours. I feel like that’s rare these days!
It was probably the best meal we’ve had from there yet: cheese fries, medium pizza, and BOGO calzones with drinks. Everything was cooked perfect and tasted great. Plus it cost us less than what we would’ve spent on junk food at the fair. Thanks for the excellent service and meal!“

“Today’s visit at the Prince Frederick, MD location was outstanding due to our amazing server, Melina. Melina was truly outstanding and should be the bench mark for servers. We shared this with the manager and he blew off the compliment and said to post a review online.“

“We came by yesterday for the first time ever and wow what a delight. We were given samples of soup, haddock, stewed tomatoes, kale, and applesauce! The staff were amazing, the environment was very family oriented. Food was amazing. We will be back!“
