“I went on a Saturday, early afternoon. So the crowd was a factor on the ambiance. Too many people, so the whole system was overwhelmed. Took longer than usual time for seating and the service was slow. Out server was underage, which I admire on the work ethic factor, but we were seated in the Bar area. So she couldn't help us with our questions regarding the drinks. She would've been better positioned in the other areas of the restaurant.

There were minor mistakes in the orders, but nothing to fuss about. As I said, they were very busy and tiny details are bound to be missed.

Our server was very nice and tried to be attentive, so I commend her for keeping up and being so professional.

I would definitely come back, but not on a weekend.“

“I frequent Carolina Kitchen weekly, sometimes twice in one week. The food is delicious, especially the stewed chicken, beef bbq ribs, cabbage, greens and black eye peas as well as their baked beans. The food is seasoned appropriately, not too salty or bland, just right. The staff is superb. I recommend Carolina Kitchen to anyone who appreciates good food.“

“We poped online and made a reservation. The parking lot is big with lots of spots on the side. We arrived and got seated right away. Out waitress was great the appetizer came out quick and hot. The food all came out cooked correctly and tasted great. The portions were large and filled the plates up. I haven't been here in a while but left full and happy. “As I sit here sipping on Jo Ann's Dirty vodka martini I realize its the best I had in all my travels. She divulged some of her secrets and without giving anything away, its all in the brine. The pizza was top tier. Cooked on a stone which gave it a great crisp crust. Could not wait till later to leave a review. Now I'll finish my martini and all the extra blue cheese olives. “Wonderful experience from beginning to end. We came in with two 5 year olds, one very hangry at the time. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating and Daria, Jordan, and Grace (our server) were especially attentive and patient, attending to all our needs with a genuine smile. “A very good friend of mine introduced me to this place and I've been obsessed with it ever since. I can't stop thinking of the food here! The crab was very good.“

“Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations. After our food was delivered, our server never returned to check on us or make sure we had everything we needed. We had to ask for items that should have accompanied the meal, including syrup, one of our side dishes, and water for the table.

The lack of attention continued throughout our meal. Dirty plates and used utensils remained on the table, even after one person had finished eating, yet no one made an effort to clear them, leaving the table cluttered and making the dining experience feel neglected.

When it was time to leave, I requested a to-go container for my remaining food. Although I was given the container, I was not offered a bag, so I had to carry it out by hand.

Good customer service isn't just about bringing food to the table—it's about checking on your guests, making sure they have everything they need, keeping the table clean, and ending the meal with the same level of care with which it began. Unfortunately, none of that happened during our visit.

I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve the overall customer experience.“

“Place was empty and I have been multiple times. Food was pretty good. I got the eggs benedict and normally get the regular version but I decided to get pablano which I don't recommend. The server was friendly but I was by myself most of the visit. I will return again but skip the spicy version of eggs benedict.“

“The food is delicious! I try to branch out and order other things but the Kobe Shrimp and Shrimp Ramen are so amazing everytime!
The atmosphere is cozy but if you like quiet time while you dine, you might want to get there early!
My only grievance is the service. They are friendly but I think they should hire more people to help cover the tables. You'll wait for things a little longer than expected. But its worth it the food and drinks so I personally dont mind since im never in a rush to go lol.

“Absolutely FANTASTIC establishment. The food was fresh, and delicious. The volcano drink was adorable! My first time here, and I will be back for more deliciousness! Very clean, and peaceful environment. The gentlemen behind the counter bar was just as adorable as could be. The whole staff team work together so well. The TVs were on at the bar but not too loud. The food came out fast and in courses. I enjoyed the chicken mixed veggies with fried rice, and egg roll. I had the lunch, and the portion was perfect. I took the rest to ho, and surprisingly found extra rice. The prices are very reasonable. Again, a wonderful dining experience.“

Negatives: fried rice was awful and flavorless (I knew when I saw it was yellow that it would be bad). I asked for my general tsos chicken to be spicy and it was not at all“
