The ac was broken in all the hallways, interior decor is outdated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish we knew the pool was closed and ac was down or we would have not have stayed there.
I was a bit leery about staying here after seeing some of the horrible reviews. However, after staying here, I have to say that our experience was nothing like those reviews. Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so some parts of the hotel were closed. There is currently no AC in the common areas, but they do have some temporary cooling units set up to help with that. Middle of renovation. Glad it was only one night. Poor Ac, No health room no pool breakfast was cold Overall the hotel needs to be upgraded. Room was dirty and the tv cracked. Understand it is being renovated, but it seems it is being used as an excues.
