Middle of renovation. Glad it was only one night. Poor Ac, No health room no pool breakfast was cold Overall the hotel needs to be upgraded. Room was dirty and the tv cracked. Understand it is being renovated, but it seems it is being used as an excues.

Horrible- DO NOT STAY HERE- Hotel is dirty- room was clean though bathroom old and dirty sheet and towels in hallway throughout floors after check in at 4 under renovations but that did not impact cost - no pool, bar/restaurant/gym no AC in common areas breakfast was horrible owner/manager- rude and not helpful nor care - entire baseball team had complaints- for over 200 at night expected more - this is more like a motel by the hour Wyndham - should not have name associated with them and their customer service was also horrible - will not use this or wyndham properties again

The ac was broken in all the hallways, interior decor is outdated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I wish we knew the pool was closed and ac was down or we would have not have stayed there.

I was a bit leery about staying here after seeing some of the horrible reviews. However, after staying here, I have to say that our experience was nothing like those reviews. Yes, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so some parts of the hotel were closed. There is currently no AC in the common areas, but they do have some temporary cooling units set up to help with that. Per a front desk employee I spoke with , the AC issue should be fixed within the next week. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the AC in our room. The rooms are large and spacious, and everything was clean. My only complaint about the room is that the beds are very uncomfortable and the bathroom needs better lighting. The breakfast was your standard hotel hot breakfast and was decent. Lastly, every single employee we encountered during our stay was so friendly and happy to help with anything we needed

We chose this hotel because it’s our halfway point to the beach. And it said it had indoor pool which was being renovated! Then we went to take a hot shower after dinner and what do ya know NO HOT WATER! They had no one to fix it. So we had to take cold showers!!! Then the next morning we go to eat breakfast and again it was a total disaster food was cold and disgusting!

The internet was very slow and barely worked. The room had issues with the wall peeling and edges of walls loose. The soap is not very good at all. Very rubbery and not very good to clean up with. The internet did not work and I could not connect to do any work. The water did not stay hot very long and the pressure was not too great. The beds are also not very comfortable.

Property is not well maintained, disgustingly dirty, no hot water in the rooms, no pool, lobby, bar, exercise room. Would never stay here again. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this property

Let's just say this hotel did not feel safe and we turned around without using our stay. We forfeited our reservation and they won't give us our money back. The hotel was under construction which they said was on the website. No air in lobby, very dark and unwelcoming. Next time stay outside of the city of Salibury if you can help it.

The hotel is under renovation BUT it had no air conditioning in main areas, all amenities were closed, all ice machines were broken and was highly NOT worth the money!!!!! The decor is severely outdated. The staff was pleasant however.

The hotels location was great. This hotel is under construction. Don’t waste your money and time. The room did not smell well when we walked in. I asked for Re cleaning. No one was available. We had a suite with a pull out bed. We opened the bed and it had dirty sheets on it. I called again. An hour and a half late a man can with sheets. He apologized and shared they were short staff. But our money was Not short. This was an over priced room and an AWFUL stay?
Dirty, bugs. Pool & bar are closed indefinitely. Awful stench throughout the hotel. Shower curtain hanging in the hallway. Multiple roaches found in the bathtub. Toilet wasn’t flushing we had to fix it.

I stayed here all week. I took out my own trash, went downstairs to get fresh towels and no one ever came to service my room. However, come check out day, housekeeping was banging on my door at 11:00 promptly asking if I was ready to check out. This place was unclean and had a sour/moldy odor throughout. When I saw a staff member moping the elevator floors with dirty sour smelling water I understood why. I had dog hair all over my room and had to clean it from my personal items before leaving. The bar, restaurant and pool were closed indefinitely, although signage touts that the hotel is the only “full service hotel in the area. Hand sanitizers mounted on the walls in various locations in the hotel, are old empty and dusty. This hotel needs an extreme amount of cleaning and an upgrade, as everything appears to be from the 70s area. Soiled towels are left in the hallways which contribute to the foul smell inside of the hotel.

This is an older hotel that is under renovation. The room was dingy and felt unclean. We paid a premium for this room (I assume it was because it was spring break and a half hour from the beach). I shared my experience with La Quinta when asked to rate my stay. They should consider closing the hotel to renovate, or at least lowering the price during construction.

I noticed there is more construction work that is happening and the rooms need to be updated. However, with the AAA rate it is worth the cost for a short stay. I forego the breakfast because it was during the week day and noticed breakfast at most hotels is not the best quality.
