We had my great granddaughter's 5th birthday party there. The children were busy and excited the entire time. The birthday package was reasonable and the food was good. The only addition I would say is that they need to hire more kid-friendly employees. The young lady that brought our pizza and drinks, as well as, served the cake was not as kid-friendly as I expected. Granted, there were several parties going on at the same time, but at least smile at the children you are...

We frequently visit the Salisbury Md Location .
The staff there are so amazing
Monae, Elisha, Aubrey, are just a few that are usually there when we visit. There are others but I can’t remember their names but I recognize their smiling faces when we are there. They are outstanding!!
So friendly and accommodating. And Very patient in the child base atmosphere especially when they are selecting prizes .
The location does need a new look but In...

The food was ok but I didn't like how chuck came once did one walk thru in went back in the back in he could've stayed out at least an 1 hr not 10 seconds that was disappointing lol and the prices on the wall is very high 8000 tickets no one can get to that so that's disappointing as well ? but service did amazing tonight like how they clean after every service and always smiling and interacting with the kids the guy on cashier was sweet and the lady's as well...
