Teach these workers to be polite !!!!!!!! It’s literally maybe 2 here that are very nice but the others (usually the younger females) don’t say hi ,don’t say thank you , or even a you’re welcome when you thank them .. literally nothing .. but they can talk amongst themselves while I’m waiting for my order .. I think it’s rude.

Food is fine. But seriously keep forgetting to put something in my bag that I ordered. Like this morning they didn’t put my wrap in there and usually I check my bag but I was in a rush, and then no one can answer the damn phone. And I don’t know how many times I have to ask for extra ice and still can’t get any. Now I can’t even get a refund for the food I purchased that I didn’t get because no one will answer the phone.

Hey, so, you know how Dunkin' Donuts has all these self-checkout kiosks now? Well, the people who work there don't even bother to greet you anymore. They don't even look up or say, "Hey, if you need any help, just let me know." It's like they've completely lost their personal touch.
