Terrible management, poorly trained employees, hot sign was on in the app and on the building yet they said they haven’t had hot donuts for two hours. I ordered a drink, it looked terrible (nothing like the picture and they were out of whipped topping) and I asked for a refund. Took three employees to figure out how to refund the $5.00 drink and then they refunded me for a medium instead of a large. Employee came out to the window in the nastiest, dirtiest, white apron. Sign on the door states "Lobby is permanently closed". Drove to the drive thru and waited for 5 mins...no answer. Drove to the window, saw a young lady organizing the donuts and sees us but does not greet us nor called for help. Few more minutes has gone by til we were able to place our order. Poorly executed customer service. Mind you I was the only ONE in line!?!?
