Drinks were served quickly.
The rice was fluffy and well cooked.
Kids meals were served quickly.
Shoutout to my barista Mackenzie! If I could give her SIX stars, I would personally climb a ladder to the sky, pluck one down, and add it here. Walking into Rise Up and being greeted by Mackenzie isn’t just getting coffee — it’s a full-blown life event.
Some baristas hand you a cup. Mackenzie hands you an experience. She remembers your order like she’s got a PhD in “How You Like Your Coffee.” The latte art? Museum-quality. The vibes? Immaculate. I swear the caffeine hits different when Mackenzie makes it — like it’s infused with sunshine, good energy, and just a sprinkle of pure magic.
Rise Up should honestly rename itself Rise Up Because Mackenzie Said So. This isn’t customer service — it’s customer revival. I walked in tired, grumpy, and questioning my life choices. I walked out ready to run a marathon, call my grandma, and write a novel.
Mackenzie isn’t just the best part of Rise Up — she is Rise Up. If you’re lucky enough to be served by her, congratulations, you’ve peaked in life.

The place had a calm atmosphere.
When I say I received the best coffee of my life today I mean it. Not only was the craftsman’s ship of my medium cold brew with cold foam, one pump of Carmel, and a splash of oat milk Devine but the presentation was absolutely astonishing. A light caramel drizzle over the top of the cold foam tied the entire drink together. Couldn’t have asked for a better cup of joe. Part of me is scared to come back because of just how implacable my coffee was I’m not sure I will be able to handle another being that fantastic. Shout out to Lauren and Grace for bringing my dream cup of coffee to fruition.

Me and a friend were in town for a 5 day Baseball Tournament. We wanted to try something new for our Am Coffee Run, so we went to this Salisbury location. Now although this location is small, do not let it's size fool you. They're quick, efficient, and above all, they have amazing customer service. This location is perfect for On-the-Go. There is no dine-in area, but here is a drive thru option and the line moves pretty quick. We went inside to order and check out the scenery. This place had such cool decor to it, great vibe and a great staff. Our coffee was sooo good and the fact that you can see them make everything right in front of you, was a nice bonus! We also tried a few of the pastries they had available that day and they didn't disappoint. If I'm ever in Maryland area again, I will definitely be revisiting this franchise.

The young lady who assisted us did not smile, nor did she greet us when we came in. She seemed as though she was having a crappy morning~it reflected in the service we received.

Love that this location has a drive thru, it made getting my latte & smoothie so convenient in this heat wave we’re going through in MD this week! I’ve been to almost all Rise Up locations, & while this one is small it’s got the same great vibe with great staff as all the other locations do. I decided to check out inside & while it may be a tight squeeze inside, it’s super cute & they have an extensive coffee & espresso variety compared to other locations.

Always quick. Such a neat spot. Love how they repurpose these spots. Don’t be swayed by the line. This spot does not play around and you’ll be in and out quickly.

This place has a drive-through, nowhere to sit inside but not a big deal they are there to get people food and coffee before work, dine in not necessary. They have good coffee, the employees are kind and quick. The food is a little expensive but I don't think there is such as thing as inexpensive anything anymore, they're in par with others. Top notch place. cold brew isn't bitter either, which is great.
