With some of the items, it wasn't worth the cost for what you received. Our waitress was very good, sorry I cant remember her name. The Lavender Martini was my favorite and I loved the Brussel Sprouts minus the Pork Belly.
Sobos consistently delivers a flawless, five-star dining experience. We've been coming here for years and have never had anything less than exceptional service and food. Their consistency is unmatched—thank you, Sobos, for always exceeding expectations!
SoBo's Wine and Beerstro has become our go-to local favorite, and once again, it did not disappoint for our New Year's Eve dinner for two. I had the Carrot Ginger Coconut Curry soup, which was an absolute standout. Its rich texture and perfectly balanced flavors could easily make it a signature dish. For the main course, my husband chose the Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection at medium-rare, and I had the Chilean Sea Bass, which was tender, flaky, and simply divine. Both dishes and the soup were so exceptional that we hope they all permanently appear on the regular menu. Our meal ended with a lovely prosecco toast, a festive touch that added to the evening's charm. Evan, our host, and Liz, our server, were fantastic—attentive and friendly- and ensured everything was perfectly timed. Our 7:30 reservation allowed us to avoid the earlier rush, creating a relaxed and intimate dining experience. SoBo's continues to impress with its thoughtful service, well-executed and creative dishes, and welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it!
We have been to Sobo's before and really enjoyed it. This was NYE and it was so crowded. We were jammed in elbow to elbow with other guests . The food was good but it all came at once, it felt like we were being rushed out. We May go back but never on NYE.
One of the best dining experiences Salisbury has to offer. Exceptional ambience and charm. SoBo's is our go-to choice for a pleasant dinner experience in the area. 10/10
We were so fortunate to have been able to be seated in the small, private room with our party of five. The service was fantastic, food delicious and we had the best time catching up and enjoying the evening. Thanks to the hostess that seated us there and Evan who provided exceptional service!
Outstanding and attentive service. Great food and drink. Don't miss this place. It's a gem. Blood orange old fashioned and burger/wine flight were great. Thanks for a lovely evening with family.
Went to this establishment tonight and it was 10/10! The atmosphere, service, and food were all amazing. Our server was Liz H and she answered all of our questions and helped us make decisions of the food and dessert choices that were available. She also was super nice and complimented our party of 6 and was very attentive the entire time we were there. I will most definitely be coming back when I am in the area again! I got the Sun-dried Tomato Penne Pasta and it was very delicious!

Stopped here for dessert and drinks. The dessert choice vary day to day. I had the lemon/blueberry Smith island cake, and my husband had the cheesecake. The spicy margarita was good. Although the passion peach drink wasn't my favorite, the service was great and the desserts were delicious!

Wonderful food, service, and atmosphere! Our group loved the ribs, scallops, and raved about the curry risotto. We even had to get an extra cream of crab soup to go. Pair all with a tasty wine and you’re set for an amazing dinner! Enjoy!
Dietary restrictions: I am dairy free and gluten free, SO happy to find the risotto and crab balls meet my needs.

I took my wife here for her 30th birthday. Upon booking our reservation I requested a dessert to be delivered to the table to celebrate my wife's 30th and for it to be put on my check. When the hostess greeted us, she wished my wife a happy 30th so the staff was aware of her birthday. We never received the dessert at the end of the dinner. Our server checked on us maybe once, about 10-15 minutes after our plates came out. I was often waiting for another drink. The calamari was low grade Sysco quality and very breaded. My salad was basically just a big bed of spring mix. I ordered the lamb meatball and it was overly cooked, the outside reminded me of overcooked scrapple. Not to mention my wife and I were very sick the next day for most of the morning. I believe someone did not take precautionary measures when preparing the food. Growing up sobos used to one of the nicer restaurants to eat at in Salisbury. Many co workers warned me it's not the same restaurant since Covid and they were right I hate to say it. It seems as the other restaurants in the owners partnership take precedent and it's sad. My wife reminded me we should've eaten in ocean city where we live and that sucks because I always vouch for my hometown of salisburys restaurants. This meal was not worth $140 and for the first time in my life I tipped the server less than 20% for barely checking on us. I don't want to be a Karen but I hope you take this review as constructive criticism and become Stronger from it. I'm hoping I can give you guys another chance again at Sobos or other restaurants in the partnership.
On way back from beach and found this " remote place " Food and service excellent! Got Bread plate , strawberry salad, salmon pasta - penne cooked al dente perfectly -- 3 different desserts -- put this place in Bethesda could charge twice as much and be packed ever night. Hidden gem.

Dined here to celebrate a Salisbury University graduation. Special menu had a few regular dishes too. A bit expensive for our host (thank you) but no one went away hungry. A nice meal!

Our waiter Evan was outstanding!! He was very attentive, personable and gave us some suggestions. The appetizers were ordered were delicious, great portions for us to share. Our entrees were good, but nothing that really stood out. Great cocktail menu!!
