Starbucks in Salisbury

“Nailie is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for coffee!! I never used to buy Starbucks coffee but now I do. However, some of the ladies lack being nice friendly or with smiles / rude, It makes you feel very unwelcome.
Nailie Is fast professional kind courteous attentive caring and puts the customers first! I would never know if she was having a bad day because she always smiles and takes her time to make sure orders are exactly as I ask. I always have my drinks customized being the fuss-spot that I am as a business owner and Nailie makes sure that I am happy. She deserves the highest commensurate and recognition.She concentrates on her work and while I wait for my order, I observe how focus she is in making sure that customers are happy with their order. Nailie makes my day and I really appreciate her working there because of her I won’t go anywhere else to buy a Starbucks coffee. 😊 I hope she never leaves!!!! 😊“

“After living in multiple different cities and states I can say this is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad drink or bad experience. Many people (myself included) come here to get work done and the atmosphere is perfect for it. 10/10 would recommend!“
