Starbucks in Salisbury

“The Starbucks by the college is under new management and it really shows. The staff is so friendly and my drink is always perfect. The girl taking my order introduced herself as the new manager and was so welcoming. Usually you don’t get this from higher management but she was right on the floor with her employees and it was very busy. Kudos to her and the entire team. I also got my red cup and was very happy!“

“Nailie is the reason I won’t go anywhere else for coffee!! I never used to buy Starbucks coffee but now I do. However, some of the ladies lack being nice friendly or with smiles / rude, It makes you feel very unwelcome.
Nailie Is fast professional kind courteous attentive caring and puts the customers first! I would never know if she was having a bad day because she always smiles and takes her time to make sure orders are exactly as I ask. I always have my drinks customized being the fuss-spot that I am as a business owner and Nailie makes sure that I am happy. She deserves the highest commensurate and recognition.She concentrates on her work and while I wait for my order, I observe how focus she is in making sure that customers are happy with their order. Nailie makes my day and I really appreciate her working there because of her I won’t go anywhere else to buy a Starbucks coffee. 😊 I hope she never leaves!!!! 😊“
